I ABSOLUTLELY LOVE ZOOM WORKPLACE
What do you like best about the product?
The quality is very good for meetings, it's very easy to use, I love the AI features - Zoom is now able to take notes like an actual assistant, if you missed something in the meeting you are able to ask the assist and it provides you a response. You are able to access meetings as a guest, and you can have meeting integrated to your Google calendar. Zoom is my go to app for meetings, regardless of the number for apps there are currently, I've never needed to reach out to customer service, however, they check in to ensure all is well and send emails to introduce the new updates. The web platform is also very handy, and allows you FULL control! I am able to share recoded meeting, view past meetings from myself and team members (scheduled or recorded), share meetings, set alternative hosts, add team members into different group or departments, run reports etc. I use Zoom every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom currently. Zoom gets the job done every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has significantly improved our internal communication and collaboration. It allows our teams to connect seamlessly, whether working remotely or on-site, helping to reduce delays and improve overall efficiency.
The integration of video meetings, chat, file sharing, and calendar features in one platform minimizes the need for multiple tools, making workflows more streamlined. Additionally, the reliability of Zoom’s platform ensures fewer technical issues during meetings, which has been a major benefit for productivity.
Overall, Zoom Workplace has helped us maintain strong team connectivity and coordination, even in a hybrid work environment.

Sometimes it takes too long for the product to appear.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup and send the meeting invite to the recipient. Same feel for the Mobile App as well. One of the best feature is to make notes during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is still up considering few other players in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During meeting, whiteboard functionality is providing great way to make a notes and draw and it feels like we are in person.

Zoom is helpful for online face to face or in a group sometimes too I have used it for interviews and meetings etc...theres is no downside to using it because it's super easy to use anywhere and anytime

Honestly I haven't found any major negatives to zoom maybe when the frames are lagging or behind a little but that's sometimes expected to happen

Zoom makes it more convenient to have meetings and interviews without the need for in person

An effective video conferencing software.

I need to be able to interface with team members in other locations. Being able to see and hear them in real-time makes collaboration much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
All the features right from Video meetings, team chats, and even phone that too all in one place. The interface is clean and the experience is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the interface is clean, the navigation through multiple screens makes it difficult for a new user to find the right feature quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem it solved for us is the fragmented communication. Some people prefer video conference, while others prefer team chat. Since Zoom workplace has all these features in one place, we do not need to go anywhere else for our requirement.

It's very easy to use and implement meetings with large groups of people from all over. I use it at least weekly.

I don't have any negatives. It works great.

With people working from home and some in the office it helps everyone connect.
