What do you like best about the product?
The time limits have increased as Zoom has become more in-tuned with actual meeting times an workplace productivity. I also enjoy the scheduler and webinar features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It has greatly improved over the years to become much more user-friendly.

Being able to collaborate with many personnel with interactive features so that all contributors can provide their input.

Zoom is good tool for meeting and calls
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom have features like calling and whiteboard etc are useful, also we can use zoom for non domain members easily. It is also very easy to install and switch between PC and mobile device. We are using it calling feature very frequently and given that number in signature so receiving calls from US clients. i also integrate with your outlook client. We also have good customer support for any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime its outlook plugin is not working to schedule a meeting directly from outlook

Its Calling to phone feature is beneficial as we are using it as virtual desk phone and calling and receiving calls from US client

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to having meetings with people from home or on the go and still feeling in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features offered by Zoom Workplace that I haven't taken the time to learn or utilize quite yet.

There is connectivity issues during the meeting which can be improved.

the pop ups when you are trying to use two different screens

it saves times from having to hop on a normal phone call or visit in person or record a video

I like it from both a user and admin side- it's pretty straightforward and not complex

I wish the Zoom breakout sessions could be tested/ previewed before the time/date to ensure people will be auto-populated in the right group

I am not sure what problem they currently have but so far everythig has been running smoothly on our end.

Its ease of use and the amount of tools that it provides to meetings and presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings are hard to find and their accessibility improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a more robust solution that what is already included with other tools, like slack and the g-suite. The ease of use and tools available in-meeting, make it a very powerful tool in the corporate software suite.
