The Best Option for Business Video Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the graphical interface of Zoom Workplace, it is very user-friendly and easy to use. The call quality is very good, allowing for good communication. Additionally, the option to record calls is excellent for having a backup of everything that was discussed. I also find the functionality of dividing meetings into different rooms very useful, which makes it easier for different members to join a specific call. The initial setup was very simple, as the instructions were clear. Overall, I think it is the best option for video calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should allow disabling the message when a video call is being recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows me to schedule video calls quickly with people in different locations, maintain good communication due to the call quality, record for backup of discussions, and divide meetings into rooms to facilitate specific participation.
AI Transcription Makes Meetings Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the tools in Zoom Workplace, especially the AI meeting transcription, which is really great. It's impressive how accurately it captures the correct information from meetings. The app or browser is also easy to use, which makes the initial setup very easy. The AI note-taking feature was a major factor for my team switching from Google Meet to Zoom Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's room for improvement with the number of participants and meeting time in the two more basic plans.

The all-in-one integration of meetings, team chat, and documentation. it keeps everything in single. Honestly its just reliable and i rarly have to worry about the about the audio lagging or the app crashing mid call

there are so many new feature and tabs being added so that it is somtimes hard to find the basic setting i actually needed

The user interface is good and interactive, making it easy to work with as there is no need for prior experience to run it. The initial setup is very simple—just install and login.

Sometimes it starts to lag and the problem is its latency; it needs a strong network connection.

I use Zoom Workplace for my 9 to 5 job and other businesses. It solves my need for easy collaboration and sales meetings. I like its ease of use across multiple platforms. I find the screen share feature especially valuable for demos. The user experience is laid out nicely, making it very simple to use. It also syncs with my Outlook and Google calendars easily, and the initial setup was very easy.

It simplifies the process into just a few steps to create and send out meeting links, which is a huge advantage for our clients and employees. The initial setup was very easy, and we could start using it the same day, which was amazing for our team of educators and trainers. Integrating it with Google Calendar for simple email notifications through Office 360 is also helpful.

We have not had a bad experience using the software so no complaints here so fair.

Reliable but Cluttered Experience

I like Zoom Workplace's reliability since it barely gives me trouble. It's not complicated, and it's easy to jump in and out of calls without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio glitch sometimes is a little annoying. Has more resources than it should have, and the interface has been cluttered. I want a clean, simple call without having to navigate through a bunch of stuff. Sometimes, clicking a meeting link only prompts you to download the app. You need to find the web version, which isn't always obvious. Even now, it's still frustrating.

Zoom Workplace is reliable and doesn't glitch much, making it easy to jump in and out of calls.
