So, for the best thing, Firstly, I would say the quality of the meeting like the video quality and voice quality.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying about Zoom is its clumsy and old interface and the meeting workplace also lags in various moments. Apart from that, it also feels that sometimes, the platform faces some glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently Zoom is working on its AI model to enhance it and according to me, it will a game changer for the platform as it will eradicate the inefficiencies that the platform is facing today.
The main thing according to me would be the removal of glitches and lags.

Zoom is an extremely easy application to use in any setting. you can adjust your background to give an appropriate setting in an interview or group call. it's the modern post pandemic version of skype. you can use it at any time and it is easy to integrate into lectures or preparations before an interview. customer support is super easy because they have a list of common problems or features you can go through to help clarify the issue at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
there's not really much to dislike about zoom workplace, if you need it for what it's intended for, it is self explanatory when you toggle around the features and its an excellent workplace to use as a starter.

it solves the issue of multi-user video call usage, because it increases the chances of interaction through real-time chat. the real video conferencing feature embodies collaborative tools like whiteboard and screen share.

I have found Zoom has given me more flexibility in using the meeting platform than its competitors. From connecting to small groups or sharing data and pages, it makes things easier.

Some groups do not allow access to Zoom because of strict filters.

Zoom Workplace: Convenient and Feature-Rich for Virtual Classes
What do you like best about the product?
I really love Zoom Workplace as it's an all-in-one collaboration tool with features like chat, whiteboard, scheduling, recording, and AI assistance. The new note-taking feature is particularly helpful. I find the ease of using collaborative apps with just one click very convenient. The chat feature is excellent for sharing files instantly with students and colleagues, and they can save the files directly. Additionally, I can take quizzes, and students write their answers in the chat, which also works well during office hours with colleagues. I appreciate that I can record meetings and easily send these recordings if someone misses anything, making it very convenient. Overall, connecting with students and colleagues is kind of very easy, which I find really beneficial for my classes and virtual office needs.

It's quite slow when I actually use it for sharing.

Zoom Workplace helps with my virtual classes and office. It has collaborative features like chat and whiteboard, simplifies file sharing, scheduling, and note-taking, making it convenient. I can record meetings, which is very helpful.

It has integration with a lot of apps specially slack and google calender which makes life easy. Not to mention about new AI feature which take notes and publishes MOM

Zoom needs login every month which I feel irritating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is remote so everything is on zoom , we have different conferencing option like slack huddle , google meets and zoom but I prefer zoom due to better support even in low bandwidth internet. AI assistant helps me take notes and publish MOM's. I also have habit of recording sessions because sometimes I just zone out and it later helps me go back and understand things better.
