Reliable and Easy, But Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for team meetings, project discussions, and video calls with colleagues. It helps me collaborate efficiently and stay connected with remote team members. I like that it's easy to use and allows me to connect with colleagues anytime, making meetings and teamwork smooth and efficient. The initial setup was straightforward, and most team members were able to get started quickly without any issues. We switched from another video conferencing tool to Zoom Workplace for better reliability and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video or audio quality can drop during large meetings, and it can take a little time to get used to all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for remote collaboration, saving time and making meetings more efficient. It's easy to use, facilitating smooth communication and teamwork.
Streamlined Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace mainly to stay connected with our team, whether it’s quick chats, virtual meetings, or sharing updates. It makes it easy to collaborate and work together in real time, even when everyone is in different places. I like how easy it is to use and how it brings meetings, chat, and collaboration all into one place. It makes communication faster and more organized, so we can quickly connect, share ideas, and get work done without switching between different tools. We switched to Zoom Workplace from Google Meet because it offered more reliable performance, better meeting features, and smoother collaboration overall. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward, allowing most of the team to get started quickly with minimal guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can feel a bit heavy, and call quality can drop on weaker internet. Also, a cleaner interface and better notification control would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to stay connected with my team, making collaboration smooth, no matter where we are. It brings meetings, chat, and collaboration into one place, organizing communication and saving time by reducing the need to switch tools.
Seamless Meetings, Reliable Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its stable connection and easy communication during my meetings and seminars. I like the easy setup and quick launch, which make it straightforward to start a session and share the invitation link. The calendar integration is also a great feature, as I can launch meetings directly from the calendar, making the scheduling process really smooth. Overall, it's easy to use and fits well with tools like Outlook.

Rare unstable connection

Zoom Workplace provides a stable connection and easy communication, along with an easy setup and quick launch. It integrates with my calendar, allowing direct launches.
Zoom Workspace’s AI Companions Summaries Save Me 20 Minutes After Every Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Companions summary feature in Zoom Workspace. It saves me around 20 minutes of admin work after every departmental sync, because I no longer have to manually type out action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the all-in-one approach, the interface is starting to feel a bit crowded. I’d really like a Lite Mode for days when I just need to focus on calls, without all the extra tabs competing for attention. The AI summaries are helpful overall, but they occasionally struggle with technical industry terms, so I still need to do a quick manual edit now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Zoom Workplace solves for me is meeting friction. Before, I spent hours every week summarizing calls and chasing down action items. Now, the AI Companion does about 90% of that work instantly. It’s also significantly reduced my app fatigue: being able to pull up a Zoom Doc or a Whiteboard directly inside the meeting window keeps the team focused on the task, instead of hunting for links across other apps. Overall, it turns a video call into a productive work session.

Low speed internet capability. its very difficult to connect in slow network

The breakout rooms create the feel of a virtual office.

The discussions in the main room are sometimes transcribed in a way that creates a false impression of a particular person.

We’re a remote-working organisation, and the breakout rooms in the Zoom workspace give us a virtual office-like environment.

Zoom Workplace: Easy UI, Great Audio, and Handy AI Companion Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is one the best and prominent Collaboration platform, Its User interface is real easy compared to competitor. Audio quality is far better. I have never observed any lag while using Zoom workplace.
File sharing, chat rooms feature- you can send 1:1 message even when part of a group chat room. It also has a white board add-in which is really useful to present while in a group call. AI Companion also eases the life with all the search options, capturing and writing concise notes.

Few things which i observed- It utilizes a lot of RAM space, sometimes causing system to slow down.
