Amazing application for online classes
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Zoom during the pandemic, and since then, I've been using it to conduct my online classes. Even during heavy rainfall, when schools remain closed, I could conduct online classes for my students with Zoom. It is very user-friendly and has multiple options for teachers to conduct classes, such as discussions, play games, whiteboard, screensharing, etc. You can also create a recurring meeting. So, during the 2 years of the pandemic, I have used Zoom for online classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the network fluctuates during the Zoom meeting, it gets disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When schools are closed due to heavy rainfall, zoom helps to conduct online classes. Its intuitive interface is easy enough for even kids to handle. It can also be used in moblie phones if anyone doesnot not have laptop or computer.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is easy to use and reliable. I haven't had any recent issues with Zoom, unlike other meeting software.

The new focusing feature on Zoom isn't my favorite

Reliable video conferencing - easy and reliable.
Makes online classes and group projects easier
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super useful for online classes and group study sessions. I like how simple it is to join or schedule a meeting, and the screen share helps when someone’s explaining stuff. Breakout rooms are cool for small discussions too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags or crashes if my internet isn’t strong, and it can drain my laptop battery fast. Also, it gets a bit boring after long hours of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easier to attend online classes, join study groups, and stay connected with teachers and classmates. It saves time and lets me learn from anywhere, which is super helpful when I can’t be on campus.
Easy Video-Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how straight forward, simple, and intuitive Zoom is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints with Zoom. Everything is great!

I work at a primarily-remote Company and it helps me connect with coworkers.
Zoom Workspace: Easy to use which increase the productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use just one click to start or to join the meeting also the quality of audio and video is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am irritated by the frequent updates which sometimes catches me off right before the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of unreliable software for video call now everything is easy and simple.
Simple interface to use now with AI
What do you like best about the product?
Load quickly, it works on any device, I have never had issues with the audio or video settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen sharing section, I think it needs to be simplified, it has too many options from my point of view. Also, the option to select a virtual background should be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications on any device and connectivity. It allows me to stay connected all the time.
Zoom workplace is not so intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows usual features required for workplace tools like the ability to create, collaborate and share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very inviting UI/UX. Sharing options can be complicated in zoom meets with hosts having right to block others. Leads to significant strugglw while collaborating.

It is a good option to create and share files and work together with peers.
Easy to use-- connect with friends/workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you don't don't always have to log in it just automatically logs you in. The capabilities and the fact that it is very easy to use for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the chat or who is in the meeting to be somwhere else on the screen. I would like to see more backgrounds available to use during the meeting.

I am not really sure but probably why they do updates Being able to communicate with people and also do presentations.
A excellent tool for Collaboration

Ease of use,

Clarity of voice/Video.
Rarely faced any drop off issues or audio problems.
AI Assistant for taking notes is excellent.
Conducting a meeting large number of people is very seamless.
Integration with other tools like Slack, Outlook is very good.

UI is not that great, it is simple black/White UI which can be improved.

It is easy to Work From Any Where with the team by using Zoom. Integration with tools like Zoom provides instant access.
Easy to present over it, using Share Screen and whiteboards are some good features.
Recording the meetings is very simple.
AI writing assistant is very helpful in taking MOMs.

Great app for remote video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the zoom workplace because of all the different features and because it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I might complain about is an occasional lag due to my internet connection but that's unavoidable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to travel as much, I really like the ease of access.
