Smooth Communication, Intuitive UI, Continuously Improving
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace very convenient for meeting up and scheduling regular stand-ups for task list management. The communication is really smooth, so the location doesn't matter for my teammates. I like the UI and appreciate the continuous improvement. The initial setup was very easy, and I haven't observed a single glitch; it's a really good version right now.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a great free application for smaller meeting needs, along with collaboration. Only thing I had a hard time figuring out was how to cancel a meeting or change the meeting date-time.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for my work meetings and appreciate the privacy and instant connection it provides with my coworkers. One feature I particularly like is the ability to receive a summary of the interaction, including participant details and a complete record of the meeting, which is sent via email after the meeting concludes. This feature saves me a lot of time because it highlights the most important points discussed without requiring me to rewatch the entire session. Additionally, seeing the list of participants helps enhance accountability. The initial setup was very straightforward; I simply logged in using my company credentials. Zoom is also seamlessly integrated with my Assembled and Google Calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when a meeting has many participants with their cameras on, it can get laggy, and I may experience disconnections or freezing during the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace guarantees privacy and allows instant connections with coworkers. I appreciate the meeting summary feature, which saves time by highlighting important details without needing to rewatch the meeting and lists participants for accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using Zoom Workplace and how it can be set up. It's really helpful how I can get multiple people on at one time and still get that face-to-face feeling even though we're not in the same room. It allows me to have face-to-face meetings and conversations, which helps in understanding what someone is trying to communicate better, and it feels like I'm actually having a meeting. It's also valuable because it helps facilitate a back-and-forth conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are multiple participants, you can't see everyone at one time. If you don't choose the right feature, it can spotlight someone when they're talking when you don't want that to happen.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for training meetings with manager candidates. I find the screen share feature very helpful; it helps to understand the root cause without actually digging into someone's screen, and I think the screen share features are insane. It connects well with my ear buds, and I appreciate how it allows minimizing tabs. The video connect handles everything very well. The initial setup was super easy, taking just seconds to complete with only two steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the AI companion requires host permission to activate. It's also challenging when people join with a low network since it causes the app to hang.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps with training meetings across regions. It enhances my experience with great screen sharing to understand issues effectively and handles connectivity well with ear buds. It's affordable and resolved the slow, hanging connectivity issues that led us to switch.

Sometimes it feels quite slow. For example, when I click on a link, it can take a while to open.
