Team meetings. We recently moved to Google Meet, but I like Zoom a lot better

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for live meetings, and you do not need to create an account if you are not a Zoom customer in order to attend a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing between windows and full screens can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have more attendees in one meeting for webinar purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers a seamless and unified platform for video conferencing, team chat, phone systems, and collaboration. The video and audio quality remains industry-leading, even in low-bandwidth conditions. I particularly appreciate the calendar integration, persistent team chats, and Zoom Whiteboard features that help drive real-time collaboration across departments.

Its recent updates toward becoming a full digital workspace — with Zoom Scheduler, AI Companion, and third-party integrations — make it more than just a meeting tool. It’s evolving into a productivity ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom excels in video communication, some of its workplace productivity features like document collaboration and file sharing still feel less mature compared to competitors like Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace. Also, navigating between different Zoom modules (Meetings, Team Chat, Phone, Whiteboard) could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps our remote and hybrid teams stay connected through high-quality video meetings and efficient team communication. It's especially useful for quick standups, cross-team updates, client demos, and virtual collaboration sessions. The reduced friction in scheduling and joining meetings has saved us time and improved overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become a default choice for video meetings in our team. The UI is clean, it rarely crashes, and features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and waiting rooms help us manage internal and external calls with ease. It integrates well with calendars, and the webinar features are solid for larger sessions. We also use the recording and transcription options often for follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, updates seem too frequent and interruptive. Also, the UI on mobile feels a bit cramped. Some newer collaboration features feel underutilized or hidden, and pricing could be more flexible for small teams. The chat tool is okay, but we still rely on Slack or Teams for real-time collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us manage distributed teams effectively. It solves the problem of coordination across time zones with reliable video calls and screen sharing. Our team meetings, client demos, and daily stand-ups run smoothly without technical friction. It also reduces the need for back-and-forth emails by enabling real-time collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it makes everyday work easier. The AI features are actually helpful—like automatic meeting summaries, action item tracking, and even chat suggestions. It saves time and keeps everyone on the same page, especially after long meetings. I don’t have to worry about missing details or writing notes during the call—it handles all that for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
he AI-generated content isn’t always 100% accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for our meetings, daily team sync-ups, and most of our day-to-day calls. It helps us stay connected and collaborate smoothly, especially with a distributed team.

What do you like best about the product?
since the last 5 year zoom has improved a lot adding so many great features
1.AI companion that generates summy for entire discussion is defenitely a great initiative as it keeps our focus on agenda with getting worries about MoM
2.Whiteboard that allows to run conclusion and flows on call in discussion
3.SImple interface that allows non users to join meetingeasily
What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of things that zoom needs to figure out
1.How to utilize audios in VDIs ,its preety hard to get good sound output when u are using zoom workspaces in VDI
2.There should be an option to raise hand for concerns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used as the primary confrencing software as my team sits across globe and share ideas discussion problems and so on

Pretty good but integrations need work

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it's not Teams. I feel like Zoom is more reliable and a better video tool. It does have a good connection and usually picture/sound quality. It's something we use every day, so it is relatively simple to set up and schedule...if it is set up correctly on your computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Zoom's integrations. I have never had a tool I had to reintegrate so many times. At least 1-2 times a week. Almost every time I restarted my computer, I would open Zoom and my background and other settings would be reset and I would be logged out. I figured this out on a Monday morning meeting, first thing. I felt like an unprepared fool. And every time I would have to get approval from IT to reintegrate it, so it was just a real hassle. Also the notifications from Zoom...omg. I felt like I was going crazy! I had to turn them ALL off and since it was integrated with Outlook, I had to turn off all the notification on Outlook or else the Zoom's would turn back on. It drove me crazy. Getting 4 alerts for 1 meeting, it could take up to 20 seconds of dinging. I had to go to my Zoom profile online, find the notifications and turn them off manually. That's crazy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling meetings/interviews, instant communication with my teams.

Call Quality is very good. Text Feature. No disconnect over call. Multiple users can be added at a time. Good quality of screen sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is used for conduction meetings/webinars easily with multiple features. It is used almost every consecutive day as per the work requirement. Easily implemented/integrated. Used to handle customer support query when connecting with the customer for screenshare/annotations/controller of the customer system with the customer being on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating from Zoom Marketplace from the SDK Key and Oauth to connect with a platform requires Zoom support assistance and not so easy to complete on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom I am able to conduct meetings/webinars easily with multiple features. It is used almost every consecutive day as per the work requirement. Easily implemented/integrated. Used to handle customer support query when connecting with the customer for screenshare/annotations/controller of the customer system with the customer being on the call. It's whiteboard, annotation, controller, recording features makes it exceptional and are easy to understand. Restriction of users for secure video conferencing. In all it has all the required features available which I prefer to resolve my work. It's note taking, live caption and AI features are additional assistance for keeping records.
