What do you like best about the product?
1. Zoom is good for client meeting. Especially you can record the conversation.
2. You can use zoom to call land line numbers.

What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot join a started meeting immediately. The Organizer of the meeting needs to send you the link before you can join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current position, our company uses zoom mainly for meetings. It benefits us because its easy to use for us employees and clients.
It also has an AI feature that I dont need to take meeting notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. A lot of customization are fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just noticed that compare to MS Teams, Zoom takes time to load the video recording and takes a while before it gets completed for you to access. Unlike with Teams we can get the recording in just a few mins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business uses Zoom for all our Client meetings as most of the clients around the globe uses Zoom rather than other platform. Using Zoom is easier for us to connect with other clients around the globe.
Reliable and Feature-Rich Video Conferencing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom’s recording capabilities are top-notch. You can record meetings locally or to the cloud with a single click, and the recordings are high-quality, with options to capture separate audio tracks and shared screens. It’s especially helpful for training, documentation, or team members who couldn’t attend live. The ease of implementation is another highlight—it’s fast to deploy across an organization with minimal training required. Plus, Zoom’s customer support is responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had technical or billing questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core features are solid, some advanced tools like webinars or large meetings are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be costly. Also, the in-meeting collaboration tools like whiteboarding or chat aren’t as rich as some competitors. More customization in meeting branding or UI would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of staying connected across teams and time zones. It allows us to hold high-quality virtual meetings and record them for later reference, ensuring that nothing is lost and that everyone stays aligned. The platform also improves productivity by minimizing travel and enabling remote collaboration.

Real environments that allow for remote collaborative work, there are many tools that Zoom provides to facilitate this.
Zoom Makes Remote Work Smooth
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom to be much more user friendly than many other virtual platforms. The new features, such as AI generated summaries and continuous chat, make meetings more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in time on free meetings. - We need to pay for unlimited meetings, but worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it has been positive. The fact that it has so many built in features to adjust your screen settings, background, and it lets you preview your screen before going live. These are all nice enhancements and the chat button is a life saver when a trouble shooting issues with a patient unmuting or figuring out their camera or audio.

What do you like best about the product?
The zoom has been a saviour in the most of the times in providing effortless communication app. The app is powerful , easy to use and having multiple features specialy on laptop/ desktop. It is something that we go to either zoom or google meet , but for professional purposes zoom is better. We use it almost daily in our work and coordination . We have been able to integrate it to LMS platform also easily
What do you dislike about the product?
the addons on zoom are much more expensive than competitiors. Plus in the mobile app one can either chat or see the video and both cant be done at same time. which is a major issue in regards to engagement

multiple problems solved. Meetings, easy recordings and transcriptions, easy recording of chats and interactions , content creation, integration to lms and to multicast streaming platforms. good for brainstorming by using breakout rooms, conducting remote events and webinars
Solid, Stable Choice for Workspaces
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the quality of audio and video is better.
Zoom's quality of background is great and accurate - the speaker can be cut out without weird blurs.
Zoom's interactive features are vast and work well for in-app use and improve engagement. I also like the newer addition where you can make certain gestures and it picks up the emoji.
It's pretty user friendly and straigth-forward, and easy to join with a click. I also like how you can automatically set how you join and the background you use.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you have both personal and enterprise accounts, it can get a little frustrating to toggle between the two. It's also frustrating that you can't include multiple calendars (e.g. 4 work Google calendars, 2 Outlook, etc.). I sometimes can't see my meetings if I'm not logged on the right account and the backgrounds don't transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows private conversations with high quality to take place. I like the password feature to add an added security layer.
Zoom workspace is my preferred video call platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike some other platforms that ive used that were similar, Zoom Workspace is smooth and doesn't slow down the rest of my work. It's simple to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not so easy to move from one account to another. I think there could be an easier way to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workspace is sloving the need for me to do client calls on zoom (rather than in person) while being smooth and not getting stuck with integration/ internet connections. Opten if I use other platforms - then if everything else on my computer slows down, but not with zoom workspace. Additionally, the note taking AI is really helpful and accurate.

There is not much but sometimes there is a delay in joining a meeting. This might be a network issue but I don't think so it is that

Our small media company has used Zoom & Zoom Marketplace since 2020 and it's changed out coverage.
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything at your fingertips is a huge asset. Whether conducting meetings, scheduling & booking appointments, a chat page offering a multitude of features, or taking advantage of Whiteboards, it provides a number of important tools all in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found any. However, I still haven't accessed or tried all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling. It has helped me become much more organized and efficient.
