Reliable, Intuitive, and Built for Hybrid Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are still top notch, which is why Zoom became a go to during the Covid pandemic. Scheduling meetings and starting them from chat threads is super convenient. I also like the ability to create persistent team spaces, it helps with ongoing projects and cuts down on email clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace does a lot of things well, there are definitely a few things I don’t love. The interface can feel a bit cluttered—especially when you're juggling chat, meetings, and whiteboards all at once. It’s not always intuitive where to find things quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s made scheduling and running meetings a lot smoother, and having integrated chat and team spaces keeps conversations organized around projects.
Effective Collaboration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is an effective collaboration platform. It supports meetings and video calls with a whiteboard and note capability. It is effective for meetings, quick check-ins, brainstorming sessions and overall collaboration. It integrates well with existing applications and works as designed. We use the application multiple times per week.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to the Zoom Workplace application.

Having remote employees makes a tool like Zoom Workplace essential to conduct business.

Zoom is best application to get connected for team meetings and the ease of use is very simple; the applications is free of cost to use.

The UI need to be improved, and the customer support need to be improved

When many slides open same time it become bit slow. Mobile version is limited than desktop version i think, when hosting meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI. Seamless connectivity via phone or tablet or laptops. One of the few apps, where I have not experienced any bugs for the past 6 years.
Recordings are easy to access.
Integrations with Calendar and M365 makes it seamless to utilize.
All these reasons, makes me always keep using Zoom instead of Teams or Google Meet. Especially, if you have attended teams or google meet meeting, you want to come back again and again, and always use Zoom.
Setting up Zoom is also one of the easiest to do so.
Recordings are easy to access.

AI recording and transcription could be better.
I have used Gong, Fireflies, Otter.ai, Fathom Notetaker, and a few other free tools as well.
They have a long way to go in terms of summarizing and transcribing the call. If we can customize it better, it will be easier for me to copy and paste as call or demo notes on my CRM.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, timings, recordings, and transcribing these calls is one less headache for me as an Account Executive.
This not only feels seamless, it feels natural like breathing and is one less of a chore in my busy day.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom workplace on daily basis to meet my clients and vendors. There are so many things I like about Zoom Workplace. One of them is AI companion. This feature enables us to summarize meetings and helps us to get the highlights of the meetings and more.

There is nothing in Zoom that I dislike. It's fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is kind of all in one product for meetings. This has solved the problem of using different applications for screensharing, meetings and chat. With Zoom Workplace, I can generate meeting details, share screen and take control of the other PC over the call. Also, video conferencing and reactions are a plus.

It combines meetings, chat, phone, email all in one place. Clean interface, easy to use even for non-tech users. Joining a meeting is fast and reliable. Works seamlessly across desktops, mobile, tablets, and Zoom Rooms hardware.

The Zoom Team Chat lacks depth compared to Microsoft Teams or Slack.

Zoom Workplace is designed to solve a number of communication and collaboration problems especially in distributed work environments. Zoom gives High-quality video/audio + tools like Breakout Rooms, Smart Recordings, and Whiteboards enable effective async and sync collaboration.
