Essential for Remote Work, But AI Needs Improvement

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its good video and audio quality, which makes it easy to do recorded meetings and share them out to the team. It also really helps our fully remote workforce to interact regularly and mimic an in-person experience, essentially acting as our workspace and replacing an office presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI summary is not great; it often spells things wrong or misinterprets what we discuss. Initial setup was relatively easy for the basics, but there's a bit more involved to enable extra features like AI tooling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace enables our fully remote workforce to mimic an in-person experience with good video and audio quality, and it's easy to record and share meetings.

All-in-One Collaboration Hub with an Intuitive Interface and Reliable Call Quality

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place—meetings, chat, collaboration tools, and file sharing—making it easy to stay connected and productive. The interface is intuitive, the call quality is reliable, and features like screen sharing and integrations help streamline daily workflows, especially when working with multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel heavy on system resources, especially during longer meetings or when running multiple features at once. Occasionally, navigating between chat, meetings, and settings can also feel a bit cluttered compared to simpler tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, collaboration, and file sharing into one platform. This helps reduce the need to switch between multiple tools, saving time and improving efficiency.

For me, it benefits daily work by making it easier to collaborate with teams, manage conversations, and stay aligned on tasks, especially when coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for being an account-free and install-free way to conduct professional web meetings. I enjoy its ease of use, especially for recordings, which is really helpful for our employee satisfaction team. Even those not very capable with computers can use Zoom Workplace to record personalized messages. The setup process was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update process is not very good and tends to get stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace provides an account-free, install-free way to do professional web meetings. It's easy to use, even for recording personalized messages by staff not comfortable with computers.

Precise SEfficienc"All-in-One" Workflow

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we’re no longer required to take notes manually. The summaries are consistently very precise, and they automatically capture the key decisions along with specific action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frequently mentioned drawback is the 40-minute limit on free meetings. For teams or educators, this often means having to restart in the middle of a discussion, which interrupts the flow and makes collaboration feel less seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is designed to solve the problem of "fragmented collaboration"—the inefficiency caused by switching between multiple separate apps for meetings, chat, documents, and scheduling

Powerful, Reliable Conferencing with Great Quality and an Improved UI

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a very useful and powerful tool for audio and video conferencing, especially for meetings. The audio and video quality is usually very good and clear. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the user interface has improved compared to earlier versions, and it feels reliable for industry use. The feature I like most is that Zoom includes so many features and tools integrated within the app itself, which helps reduce users’ screen time and improves the team’s productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes it feels very slow and laggy, especially on low network connections. The free version also has many limitations, and the paid plans or subscriptions are very expensive. Most advanced features are only available with the paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration issues, especially in a remote work environment. Before using Zoom, coordinating meetings and scheduling client calls, as well as sharing files and data, was very difficult and often felt laggy and slow. Now, using Zoom Workplace has made our tasks and schedules simpler and easier to manage. It improves my productivity, helps the whole team coordinate more smoothly, saves time, and makes communication more efficient overall.

I really like the easy-to-use interface, and I value the feature that lets me control the access of participants in meetings and webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's login and verification process. Sometimes it's hard to login and verify the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves connectivity and participant management issues in webinars, making it easy to handle by allowing the use of moderators.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its video conferencing, Zoom Phone, Zoom Meeting, and Zoom Chats. It helps me stay in touch with my colleagues whenever needed and offers convenient options like Zoom Meetings, Zoom Chats, or Zoom Phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple things can be improved in Zoom Workplace like easier access to Zoom Clips, Zoom Notes, Zoom Calendar and a detailed explanation of usage guidelines in the initial stage itself for beginners. Earlier, it was difficult to set up Zoom Workplace as there were hardly any easy and detailed guidelines, but after one or two meetings, it got easier to use for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves multiple problems like easier access and provides good meetings without trouble. It helps me stay connected with colleagues through Zoom Meets, Zoom Chats, or Zoom Phone, whichever is more convenient.
