We can discuss about issues, consequences and update of our productivity and process at together with team members at once and we can record sessions and get training and view it when its required
A superb online webinar and video meeting solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, sharing of content, inviting participants, on the spot polling, sharing poll results, simple integration to add to Google Meeting in place of Google Meet in a calendar invite, transcription of meetings is super helpful and the AI seems to do a great job of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users of Microsoft Teams often have issues joining Zoom, but as a former Google Suite user, I never experienced any issues to form a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide online live training sessions using Zoom and hold collaboration meetings with transcripts and recordings, and both of these main uses are really important for our internal governance and efficiently run meetings.

Zoom workplace is the best platform to have meeting with colleauges inside and outside the orginazation.

Maybe I would like to add more AI features to the Zoom workplace.

I meeting colleagues across the world in one set up which is great technology.

It used to be easy to use and do what we really needed.

The new enhancements that keep coming in, which I'm afraid may take it to the level of complicated applications.

What do you like best about the product?
To me, Zoom Workplace is the best video meeting/conference app.
There are a lot of them right now, but all the other lack certain features that are important to me.
I use Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Workplace daily. Most of them have similar features but Zoom is the only one that can (out of the box) share any sound on your computer and also give the people in the meeting remote control similar to TeamViewer, for example.
I think it is also pretty light on your system's resources while maintaining great video and audio quality.

The worst thing about Zoom Workplace is its paywall. For about a year or so now, if you have a free account, you cannot hold a meeting longer than 40 minutes. Even 1-on-1 meetings have this silly limitation. And when you get disconnected, you have to wait for 10 minutes to start a new meeting.
Before, you could have unlimited 1-on-1 calls, but group calls were limited to 40 minutes. They should've kept it this way, I think more people would use Zoom if that were the case.
I mean, I pay the subscription, so it doesn't affect me, but it's just my two cents, I think it would be better for everybody...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach people via Zoom Workplace and it's a big time saver for me and my students. It's very important to be flexible and remote in this day and age. We don't have to be physically present for classes, we just need a computer or a phone even, and an internet connection, and we're good to go.

During COVID, it was the first popular platform to join office meetings. It was also popular for online education classes.

I think improving the limit with free accounts is necessary, because now other platforms offer the best services with a free option.

Now I can attend the meetings of my client from everywhere. I worked as a freelancer I need to connect with my clients to understand the details of projects then Zoom is most useful for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that despite using some of the complex features that requires one to provide access to audio and video, its interface is very simple to navigate and full of tons of features, that normally one wouldn't have expected but is now a necessity

I dislike that the software installation process is a little complex as it redirects to website instead of microsoft store and the app does not have an lite version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When working on a product a person is required to handle different parts and sometimes may not be able to attend meetings at 2 places at once and the job is important cannot be done via call, but not so much as to spend thousands on airfare each time and coordinate. Zoom allows for people to interact and talk to each other over the distance and help them clear the issues saving time and money to the company.
