Super Convenient and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Its honestly very easy to use and adapt to any companies workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The green screen settings they offer can use some improvement.

Zoom allows for ease of communication and quick meetings that aren't scheduled in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is also having a good interface where we can handle at ease. We can also screen sharing at ease without lagging. It does not allow random persons to join in the meet without the organizers permission.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has restrictions on handling the people into the meeting, It will ask for the subscription, If we have to let more people in. I think other products can allow the members without any restriction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more useful in sharing the content digitally now a days at ease without hassle with upmost security.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use. The video and audio are super clear, and I can hop on a meeting from my laptop or phone without any hassle. I also love the screen sharing and chat features—they make it simple to work with my team, even when we’re miles apart
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom can use up a lot of bandwidth, so the video or audio can get a bit choppy if the internet isn’t great. It also has a lot of features that can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Other than that, it’s been pretty reliable for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to meet and collaborate with people no matter where they are. It’s helped me stay connected with my team, share ideas in real time, and get work done without needing to be in the same place. It saves a lot of time and makes remote work way more manageable.

New UI. The new UI have a lot of options, so it is hard for me to find the options I am looking for.

It’s especially helpful for keeping remote teams aligned and engaged. The intuitive interface, integrations with tools like Google and Microsoft, and features like breakout rooms and whiteboards make it a powerful hub for productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can feel overwhelming at times due to the number of features and constant updates. While the tools are powerful, it can be difficult for less tech-savvy users to navigate or fully utilize everything without additional training. Streamlining the user interface and providing clearer onboarding for new features could make the experience even better.

Zoom Workplace solves several key problems related to communication, collaboration, and productivity—especially in hybrid or remote work environments. It brings everything into one centralized platform, reducing the need to switch between multiple apps for meetings, chats, file sharing, and project coordination. This not only saves time but also helps teams stay organized and aligned. For me, it’s made day-to-day operations smoother, improved response times, and made it easier to stay connected with both team members and clients, no matter where we’re working from.

What do you like best about the product?
NebulEASE uses Zoom for team meetings, for investor pitches, and more. We love the AI summary feature as well as the ease of use. We are able to seamlessly share pressentations using Zoom Workplace. Thumbs up!

Honestly, I do not have any complaints about Zoom Workplace. I find it extremely intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My co-founder is located in a different state. Zoom Workplace allows us to seamlessly collaborate even though we are 2000 miles apart.
Good, Basic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic recordings are great and the tool is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crashes are occasional and the integration between Salesforce and Zoom are iffy.

Sometime: screen freeze. It seems that the management of the bandwith is not done in a very effective way,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the possibility to use an external platform without sharing link to the internal communication system and of course it seems to manage better (for example) some meeting with a lot of participants instead of the products based on Teams.
