everyone knows zoom. most have used it or installed it. they feel comfortable to use it

I use Zoom Workplace for connecting with my coworkers remotely, and I like how it keeps us all in touch and aligned. I appreciate being able to contribute efficiently without the need for a commute. I find all the features valuable. The initial setup was also fairly easy.

Tech issues are normally non-existent. Seamless to set up a meeting.

I dislike that to change or look to see if a setting is available it's not outright easy to find the response.

At the moment recording is great and the AI note taking feature is probably my preferred at the moment.

First thing is it requires more internet speed when compare to its competitor applications and its excessive or distracting notifications regarding updates makes quite discomfort.

Free, Easy-to-Use Zoom Meetings That Made Remote Classes Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most is that it’s free and has easy-to-use features. It helped me a lot, especially during the COVID lockdown, when all the classes and lectures were held through Zoom meetings. Another important thing is that anyone can create a meeting as needed and share the link with the people they want in the meeting, and they can join easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Zoom is that anyone can join a meeting through the link. There should be an easy-to-implement feature that gives the meeting host the option to control who is allowed to join the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my case it solves the problem of calling too many people in the same meeting. like during the covid times when my schools are closed during that time my teachers initially took our calls on whatsapp call but during these calls there video and voice quality are very compromised and even some times the calls get cuts automatically when there's more people on the call. In this case one of my classmate suggested us to use zoom workplace for our class it gave us a super high quality meetings and ease of use and no. of people can join the meeting at the same time . and from there onwards I'm still using zoom for my daily meetings and project discussion with my friends.

the UI/UX is good , and we integrated it with slack , its easy to create meeting on the fly. And the quality for the call is good, we have organizational zoom package so the pricing is also good, the onboarding to zoom is easy,And the zoom ai comparison is too good.

At times , the quality of zoom call fluctuates

it has AI features like zoom ai summary , after the meeting , I can revisit the summary.

Ease of use and can perform whiteboarding. I really like to AI Companion as it helps summarize meetings

Sometimes the all-in-one features can feel cluttered and technical bugs occur on occasion

I usually utilize Teams, but Zoom Workplace is a suitable alternative to meet with customers that do not use Teams.
