Reliable and Feature-Packed for Daily Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers incredibly clear video and audio quality, even with low bandwidth. I like how everything—meetings, chat, whiteboards, and document collaboration—is all in one place. The interface is simple and intuitive, so I can focus on my work instead of figuring out the software. Scheduling and joining meetings is effortless, and the integration with calendars and third-party apps makes daily workflow smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is powerful, it can use a lot of system resources during long video meetings, which sometimes affects performance on older devices. The number of features can feel overwhelming for new users, and some advanced tools require extra setup or training. Occasional connectivity drops can happen in low-network areas, though the platform usually recovers quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of connecting teams across different locations by bringing video meetings, chat, whiteboards, and file collaboration into one platform. It reduces the need for multiple separate tools, which saves both time and cost. For me, it has made remote work much smoother—scheduling is simple, communication is instant, and team projects can move forward without delays. It also improves productivity because everything we need is in one workspace.

One of the most innovative features of Zoom Workplace is the AI assistant, which is very versatile. Even during meetings, it helps me take notes so that I can concentrate fully on the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally, Zoom Workplace works perfectly; there are few occasions when things like the video freezing or not playing occur. However, it can be resolved by exiting and re-entering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Zoom Workplace, communication with our clients or coworkers remotely has become much easier and more dynamic, thanks to the integration it allows with different calendars or applications. It is a great help when scheduling various meetings.

Perfect app for All the office meetings
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features is that you can easily switch from PC to phone with just one click, without interrupting the meeting. It helps in daily meetings with a specific calendar and meeting reminder, whether office meetings or my online college classes. Multi-device integration and implementation, for example, Android and IOS work seamlessly without any issues. Customer support is also amazing; they work almost around the clock, it seems. Their live animations have increased the frequency of using the Zoom application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a huge amount of storage space on mobile and PC. Phone storage is limited. I hope they can come up with a lighter version.

It helps in schduling my meetings and making sure my online classes are not classing on the same day and time.

What do you like best about the product?
There are tons of features that operate smoother on Zoom than other webinar providers, such as translations and screen sharing. It does take some time to get used to all of them, but it undoubtedly has the highest number of either unique features or quality for these features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts are locked based on seat count. This means that even if we're on a paid plan, our limit for attendees is not exceedingly high. There are other payment-related/paywalled functions as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, global communication-related engagement. While we've traditionally used Japanese and English interpreters during meetings, the fact that Zoom is able to easily support transcription for other languages is a big plus. Of course, screen sharing and the utilization of whiteboards is smoother on the platform, however, our company's key purchasing factor is multilingual functional support.
