Smooth Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place meetings, chat, whiteboard, phone so I don’t have to switch between too many apps

it has so many features, new users might feel a little overwhelmed at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps us connect with remote teams and clients without any travel hassle. Video conferencing and screen sharing make collaboration smooth and save a lot of time.
Zoom: Bundle of Joys
What do you like best about the product?
It's interactive soothing powerful teams collaboration is what Zoom offers, while adding add-on and AI into it adds cream to the coffee for the users who show their support interaction and zeal while connecting with other mates from the other corner of the world. It's interactive design and affordability is what Zoom makes its way to every organisation/association and educational institutions. I'm using it since I was doing my bachelor's and now in workplace too. A real partner of an organisation!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one con is that for free users time and space is somehow limited but it can't be it's downside while it is all-in-one tool which lags sometimes and some users do fuzzy things in meetings which could be restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is spread over various place and it is hard to reach for everyone to attend physical meetings and to add spice to the steak we have Zoom which makes it all happen with just a single tap on the screen/mouse and we are all in. Zoom really helped us implementing our projects in a soother possible way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can pre-schedule your meetings and send out the links ahead of time. It's great that you can share your screen so everyone can see what you are doing which is more effective than just listening. You can change your backgrounds and enhance your apperance which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, I really enjoy Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have consultation meetings with clients which makes first impressions better since they can actually see my face and I can share a presentation during the meeting to enhance the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been essential for coordinating our college’s annual Tech Fest. The video quality is consistently clear, and screen sharing helps us present proposals and budgets during planning meetings. The recording feature is especially useful for those who miss a session, so everyone stays updated. It integrates smoothly with our calendars, making scheduling easy and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes breakout rooms take a moment to set up, and occasionally there are audio delays when the internet connection is unstable. A built-in collaborative whiteboard with better features would make brainstorming smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has completely replaced the need for in-person planning meetings, which saves time for our team members who are in different schedules and locations. This has helped us coordinate large events like hackathons and workshops much more efficiently.

I dislike that Zoom has time limits on the calls on a Basic Plan at 40 min.

Zoom Workplace: A Place for Professional Meetings & Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace have feature of Video call/conference, Chatting/message and whiteboard in a same application, no need to switch another application. Quality of video is high and clear in comparison to other applications. All the features are easy to use. It work on both laptop & mobile seamlessly, also it is very easy to switch between two devices. I will frequently use this application for our office meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometime work slow in slow internet also features takes time to load during slow internet speed. User Interface is old type it is not updated too much which gives old vibes. For unlocking all the features there is issue of subscription, we get less features without subscription. Also some time it takes time to upload things in cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this Single platform i can easily use chat also share some file or notes or any data to other team-mates easily, i need not to switch in another application in between the meeting. Main benefit is that i need not to load another applications for using above features which saves lots of time.

What i like best about Zoom Workspace is how it consolidates communication and collaboration into a single platform. Having meetings, chat, whiteboard, phone and scheduling all integrated reduces the need to switch between different tools and helps me stay focussed. The platform is highly reliable, even for large meetings and features like AI companion, breakout rooms and persistent whiteboards make collaboration more structured and efficient. It truly function as central hub for my day-to-day work. Implementation was straightforward and i now use it multiple times a day as part of my regular workflow. Its seamless calendar integration also ensures scheduling and follow-ups are simple and efficient, which adds to its overall value as a central hub. Whenever i needed assistance, Zoom customer support has been responsive and helpful and the knowledge base provides clear guidance for most questions, which makes troubleshooting straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workspace is reliable overall, the interface can feel crowded when switching between chats, meetings and white boards. Managing permissions during webinars or larger sessions also takes more steps then expected.

Zoom Workspace helps solves the challenge of managing multiple tools by bringing scheduling, messaging, meetings and collaboration features into one platform. I no longer have to switch between different apps for chat, calendar or video conferencing, which saves time and keeps my workflow consistent. Screen sharing and virtual classroom features make training and client presentations more effective, while integrated scheduling ensures fewer missed meetings and easier coordination. Overall, it reduces friction in day-to-day work and improves both productivity and communication.
