What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to stay connected with my team throughout the day. The platform is very reliable for meetings, and the video/audio quality is consistently strong, which makes a big difference when coordinating with a busy team.
I also like how everything is integrated—chat, meetings, and file sharing are all in one place, so it keeps communication organized and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. Scheduling and joining meetings is quick and straightforward, which helps keep the day running smoothly.
Overall, it’s user-friendly, dependable, and makes day-to-day communication much more efficient.

While Zoom Workplace is very reliable overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at times because there are so many features bundled together, and not all of them are used regularly.
Occasionally, switching between chat, meetings, and other tools isn’t as seamless as it could be, especially when working quickly during a busy day. It would also be helpful if customization options for the workspace layout were a bit more flexible to better match different team workflows.

Zoom Workplace helps solve the challenge of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, and collaboration tools into one platform. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything is centralized, which makes daily communication much more efficient.
It also reduces delays in coordination since meetings can be scheduled and joined quickly, and team members can stay connected in real time. This has improved productivity by saving time, reducing miscommunication, and making it easier to stay aligned with my team throughout the day.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how reliable and easy to use it is, even with a slow internet connection. The interface is very intuitive, so I don't have to spend time teaching new team members how to join a call or share their screen. I also really appreciate the 'Team Chat' feature because it allows us to keep our project discussions and video meetings in one single place, which saves me from constantly switching between different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is how frequent the software updates are. It feels like every time I open the app to join a meeting, there is a new update required, which can be frustrating when I'm in a rush. Additionally, while the many features are great, the settings menu has become quite cluttered and it can be difficult to find specific audio or video options quickly.

Zoom Workplace helps us solve the problem of fragmented communication. Before using it, our team was scattered across different apps for calling, messaging, and document sharing, which led to missed updates. Now, having everything in one platform has streamlined our workflow. It has specifically benefited us by reducing the time spent searching for meeting notes and links, making our weekly project syncs much more efficient and organized

I love the AI summary of meetings and cloud recordings in Zoom Workplace. These features simplify the need for detailed note-taking and finding meeting recordings, which makes my remote work as an HR Director more manageable.

It can be awkward to share screens during meetings and the chat function can be really distracting when presenting.

I like the ease of use of Zoom Workplace. Most people these days are used to Zoom, which makes it easy and makes people happy when they can use Zoom instead of other platforms they might not be as familiar with. It saves time and makes meetings effective and efficient because our partners already know how to use it. Overall, it drives efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing model can be tough. We had to decrease just because there are other free platforms that allow us to use video conferencing much more broadly at a better cost. So, ultimately, just the pricing model would be, you know, an adjustment there would be helpful.

I’ve also experienced occasional connectivity or audio issues during meetings, which can interrupt workflow. Overall, while Zoom Workplace is a powerful platform, I think improving notification management and troubleshooting tools would make it even better.

I like using Zoom Workplace for onboarding new users on our platform because it's our go-to for one-on-one support, and the meetings are smooth. The interface is easy to use, even for less tech-savvy customers, which means I spend less time helping clients navigate and use Zoom. I also appreciate that after sending an invite, it populates with a profile that has the other person's basic info. Their interface is very interactive, and the initial setup was easy and perfect; the system was engaging.

We have people in our organization across the state, and Zoom helps us communicate more effectively with our entire team. It would be nearly impossible to do everything we do without Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a clear user interface with easy navigation between tasks. It's easy to find the settings I need to make updates. Additionally, the meet scheduler makes it easy to connect with parties and organize meetings. Zoom easily interfaces with other platforms such as Google Meet and Slack. Zoom is also very reliable with frequent updates and minimal downtime or issues. Finally, there is valuable AI tools such as transcripts. Additional features such as tasks, notes, and clipboard make it easy to stay on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there is difficulties updating invites leading to duplicate meetings. Additionally some attendees report issues with adding meetings to external calendars.

Many of our clients prefer Zoom and the Workplace system makes it easy to stay organized with those using various platforms. Additionally meeting notes and AI features help us pull out key insights after very long meetings.
