What do you like best about the product?
Is a good application that is used recently for all training purposes on freelance works

sometimes can be freeze the call depending on the amount of persons logged into the call

the freeze calls are being managed and this ensure the complete training process for everybody

What do you like best about the product?
i really like the sound quality during the meeting and it features like sharing the screen, allowing other to control the operation, recorind the meeting. it is very professional level of service for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i am not able to find any issue with the ZOOM service but i heard people commenting the duration of meeting length. I beleive it is great service with perfect length of meeting and 35 mins is enough to handle 97% of the meeting, if we really want.

it help to organize meeting to student level to professional level and with out and subscribtion fee.

It's easy to send an invitation, easy to schedule a meeting and not only get together with your work team, but also record the meeting + the chat questions

it's kind of confusing at first to share screens between the participants along the zoom conference

Easy and quick way to provide assistant, meetings and courses to our clients and team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of use. When a meeting starts, I can easily log in and it is very clear if the host is logged into the meeting already or if I will be waiting for them to start it. The waiting room is also easy to use as a participant and a host. I use it on a weekly basis for multiple meetings per week. It's easy to see everyone on the call. I have also contacted customer support for help about changing something as simple as my password and they were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
40 min time limit for the free version, but I can't complain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the distance barrier for people on the call. Also it saves on commute time for those who are unable to come into the building for a meeting.

Easy to use, I use it every day in my job.

Sometimes it starts updating right before a planned meeting which causes delays and isn't ideal. Would also be nice to have reminder features.

Replacing face to face meetings because I live overseas and travel the world.

It is simple, it is light on the system and it has one of the best user friendly video conferencing tools in the market

What do you like best about the product?
Its connectivity is regardless which gives real time experience. It has stable connection while performing a video conference. People connect via invitation links with no issues. It also has user friendly interface as well.

I dislike its customer support as whenever i face any issue, there support teams never revert on time.

Complex procedure for mic set up.
