What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its all-in-one collaboration platform. It combines video meetings, chat, phone, and shared workspaces in a single, user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to stay connected and productive with teams, whether working remotely or in person. The platform’s reliability, high-quality video/audio, and integration with other tools also make communication seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is a powerful and convenient collaboration platform, one downside is that larger meetings or webinars can sometimes feel overwhelming to manage, especially when multiple features (chat, Q&A, breakout rooms) are active at once. Additionally, occasional connectivity or audio/video quality issues can occur depending on participants’ internet connections, which can disrupt the flow of a meeting.
Despite these challenges, its overall functionality and ease of use still make it a valuable tool for daily communication.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of seamless communication and collaboration across different locations. By combining video meetings, chat, phone, and shared workspaces in one platform, it eliminates the need for multiple separate tools.
This benefits me by making remote work more efficient, allowing quick team discussions, easy file sharing, and reliable virtual meetings—all of which save time, reduce miscommunication, and keep projects moving smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having everything in one area with Zoom Workplace. I can just be in Zoom without needing a dozen different apps for chat, meetings, calls, and collaboration. The video quality and reliability are excellent, which definitely helps meetings go smoothly. I also like the AI Companion features (meeting summaries, note-taking, etc.) because I do not have to write down notes while remaining focused on the meeting, or worry if I missed something important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace can sometimes feel very feature-rich, leading to a confusing interface in the beginning. It's trying to provide everything — meetings, chat, phone, docs, and whiteboards — which can be intimidating if you just want a simplified user experience. Additionally, there are a small number of tools (examples: text documents and whiteboards) that work slightly better on desktop than mobile, so the experience will not always feel smooth. Ultimately, while it is powerful, it can also be more expensive for smaller teams than some of the lighter alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of staying in touch/collaborating at a distance. As a student, I will not be in class and see my peers and professors face to face, but now I can join classes, groups, and project meetings from wherever I am. Sharing a screen and having chat features help organizing collaboration on projects and working on class assignments. With AI features, I can even record the meeting so that if I missed anything, I can get caught up and not be behind because I watched the recordings. Overall, it helps me save time and travel, even increases my engagement in their study.

Calls are usually stable, the screen-sharing is smooth, and it works even when my internet isn’t perfect.

The only downside is occasional glitches with audio, but overall, it’s reliable and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use platform for online meetings. I have used it for work meetings, online classes, and for webinars also. It has useful features like screen sharing, recording etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan only allows 40-minute group meetings, which can be a problem for longer sessions, and there are often disconnections with average or slow internet connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me talk to people and attend meetings from anywhere, so I don’t need to travel. I can use it for work, online classes, and group discussions. It saves a lot of time.
Seamless Communication & collaboration hub
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workspace brings everything into one place - video meetings, chats, whiteboards, phone etc. The interface is clean & very intuitive. The New AI features like Meeting Summaries works well in Hindi as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom workspace is a resource heavy app leading to some occasional lag & its constantly getting updated which irritates a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom whiteboards we are now less dependent on services like lucid chart for collaboration on day to day projects as all team can find this under their zoom workspace. It has streamlined collaboration, reduced tool fatigue and boosted productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to attend meeting anywhere in the world. It is easy to implement in every company. In my company, every meeting is conducted in zoom meeting. It has many feature such as sharing screen and mark important points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage that I faced in this software is the timeline. I can use this meeting for free only on particular point of time

The client workspace is in somewhere in the world, so it is easy to connect using zoom meeting
Improved performance with AI companion
What do you like best about the product?
Recently, it has come up with AI companion which helps us summarizing our meetings and save time. Also, the collaborative whiteboard comes handy to share multiple thoughts at once and where everyone can view real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there are performance issues while using multiple applications at once with zoom workspace. Or if we are switching between meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly connecting with people and sharing information with them at once where we can have a good discussion share our opinion in a collaborative whiteboard. Also, then the AI feature can summarize the meeting for me. It makes communication lot easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a guest user, i dont’t get full access to all the features, which can be a bit limiting. Sometimes, the mobile app has a few bugs, like lagging or freezing. And of course, with frequent zoom meetings, the whole “zoom fatigue” can kick in, especially when there are lots of calls in a row

The high quality video and audio make remote interactions feel more real, and breakout rooms help keep discussions focused. It just makes everything smoother and more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI assistant which enables me to focus me on my productivity and all I need to do is to manage the settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still feel that switching from one device to the other still breaks and if it can be smooth without missing parts of the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's savings me traveling time to go to meetings which I can hold from my place of choice, polish my video to my preference.
