  • March 30, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace really valuable as a work-from-home employee because it allows us all to connect easily. I appreciate the ease of use, and I love how simple it is to just hop on a call with clients or fellow employees. The initial setup was soooo easy; I just got an invite from my company and signed right up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the spotting and freezing of calls sometimes. This might be due to our Wi-Fi sometimes, but sometimes there is freezing of the speaker and video.

Empowering Remote Work with Seamless Collaboration

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Zoom Workplace brings video meetings, team chat, scheduling, and collaboration tools into one unified platform. It's so convenient to have everything in one place rather than switching between multiple apps for meeting coordination. This makes my daily work more efficient and less hectic. I also find it very easy to use and accessible, even for those who aren't highly technical, because it works smoothly across devices like laptops, tablets, and smartphones, giving me flexibility when working remotely. The high-quality video and audio are consistently reliable, even with large groups and less-than-perfect internet conditions. I appreciate features like live screen sharing, meeting recording, virtual backgrounds, and chat, which make the experience more interactive and professional. The strong collaboration features, like screen sharing, whiteboard setting, file sharing, and breakout rooms, are crucial for efficient teamwork, especially during training sessions. Zoom Workplace has been excellent for maintaining connection and productivity during the pandemic, saving time and travel costs. Overall, it's a simple, reliable, and powerful platform for smooth communication and collaboration, which is important for both individual work and team management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace has some drawbacks. One issue I face is performance and system resource usage. During long meetings or when using multiple Zoom features at once, it can consume a lot of CPU and memory, which slows down my laptop, especially older devices. Another problem is the interface, which can feel slightly crowded as more features are added, making it harder to quickly find certain settings. I also find that long and frequent video meetings can become tiring, and Zoom doesn't fully solve this challenge beyond basic features like turning off cameras. Additionally, some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, which can be limiting for small teams or students. Lastly, I encounter occasional audio or connection issues when the internet is unstable, which interrupts meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me with remote communication, collaboration, and team coordination. It removes physical distance for meetings, reduces miscommunication with video calls and screen sharing, and offers a unified platform for all communication needs, enhancing efficiency and flexibility.

Zoom’s Rock-Solid Calls and a Time-Saving AI Meeting Assistant

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom daily for video calls, screen sharing, and the AI meeting assistant and it nails all three. Video conferencing is rock solid, rarely any lag or drop issues even on longer calls. Screen sharing is super smooth and easy to set up, which matters a lot when I'm walking someone through dashboards or code. But the real game changer for me has been the AI meeting assistant it generates pretty accurate meeting summaries so I don't have to worry about taking notes while I'm presenting or deep in a discussion. I just focus on the conversation and catch up on the summary later. Saves me a ton of time honestly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI meeting summaries are good but not always perfect sometimes it misses key action items or gets context slightly off, so I still end up double-checking them. Also, the screen sharing options could be a little more intuitive picking between sharing a specific window vs full screen vs a portion of the screen feels clunkier than it should be. Minor stuff overall, but would be nice if those got polished up a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves for me is keeping meetings productive without losing track of what was discussed. I'm in calls a lot walkthroughs, demos, team syncs and before the AI meeting assistant, I'd either miss stuff while presenting or spend extra time writing up notes after. Now I just let the AI handle the summary and focus on the actual conversation. That alone has saved me a good chunk of time every week. Screen sharing also makes remote collaboration way easier I can pull up a dashboard or walk through something live without needing to send a bunch of screenshots or recordings. Basically, Zoom keeps my remote workflow smooth and cuts down on the back-and-forth that slows things down.

Seamless Workplace Integration with Handy AI Summaries

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom’s integration with my workplace accounts. Any meetings I attend are recorded and summarised in my workplace’s storage, which makes it easy to keep everything in one place. Features like calendar sync and AI summaries also help keep me updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom’s desktop app for Windows is very buggy. It often takes a long time to start, which can be really frustrating when I’m trying to join a meeting quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving and acting as an interface for communications for my organisation,
Being remotely working having meetings in good tool is one of the main important aspects of communication

AI Transcript and Seamless Integration Shine

  • March 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Transcript feature in Zoom Workplace because it provides an amazing summary and next steps action in my inbox after the meeting, which lets me focus seamlessly on the call without having to make any notes manually. This also helps me in effectively following up with my internal and external stakeholders. The Zoom Rooms feature is fantastic for giving better structure to conversations, building relationships, and allowing hesitations to fade away when connecting in smaller groups. I appreciate the Host Tools, which offer the privilege to manage various meeting aspects like screen share access, locking the meeting, enabling waiting rooms, or hiding profile pictures. These tools give us more control to manage our meetings the way we like. Additionally, the Integrated Chat and Calendar feature is incredibly helpful as it allows seamless work on one page, making it easy to manage meetings and follow-ups in one place. I found the initial setup of Zoom Workplace very easy, which was a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in-meeting chat and file sharing feature could be more organized and easier to reference later, particularly for longer/recurring meetings. Additionally, deeper integration across tools like tasks, notes, followups could be more seamless to make it truly unified workplace rather than a collection of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to quickly connect with colleagues for adhoc check-ins and plan meetings sequentially. The AI Transcript eliminates the need for manual note-taking, while Zoom Rooms enhance team interaction. Integrated features streamline communication and follow-ups.
