At times, Zoom Workplace can feel resource-intensive, especially during large meetings when it consumes significant bandwidth and CPU. Some advanced settings are buried under multiple menus, which can make configuration a bit time-consuming. Also, occasional sync delays between chat and meetings can disrupt workflow slightly. However, these are minor compared to the overall functionality and reliability of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
As we all know that Zoom Workplace is widely used in our day to day life, either we need to connect with our clients or teammates virtually from anywhere at any time, without any worry. But the best thing I like about this is that it provides the Team chat functionality that help me connect with other (client or teammates) to interchange the information regarding our projects, etc., and, the whiteboard functionality help me create high-level flow of my project task to make stakeholders and teammates understand it, which helps me implement the new things effectively in real time, without waiting for a long time when we/they follow up through emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that, when using Zoom and other competitor tools, zoom transcription is not as feasible as others, as this feature is most of the time helpful while creating minutes of meetings, and it does not have a well structured task planner or project management tools to effectively manage the task status and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software developer, I find it easier to manage my daily tasks by bringing communication and productivity tools together in a single platform. Instead of switching between multiple apps for meetings, chats, event schedules, etc., using this I can handle things in one workspace. And this helps me focus more on development tasks instead of admin tasks to save my valuable time. Its whiteboard and integrated chat help me track sprint progress and resolve blockers with other stakeholder in realtime.

It's a very useful tool for all professional, i recommended this to others.

So there is a limit in google meet maximum 100 people can join in a meeting, hence we started using zoom where upto 1000 users can join in a single virtual meeting.

I like that Zoom Workplace now combines meetings, chat, docs, mail, and calendar in one platform — making collaboration seamless. I also appreciate the new Zoom Docs, whiteboard tools, and multi-speaker meeting view that make teamwork more efficient and engaging.

The interface is clean, and most people already know how to use it, which makes collaboration easy even with new clients or external partners. I also appreciate the breakout rooms and screen sharing options - they make teaching and team workshops much smoother.

It consumes a lot of system resources during long calls, especially when multiple participants have their cameras on. The background noise suppression sometimes distorts voices, and updates tend to happen too often. It would also be nice to have more integrated productivity tools without needing third-party apps.

Its user interface is easy and yet powerful such that both technical and non technical users can be adapted easily.

It is not much to dislike, and occasionally big meetings may have slight lag or connection problems with the speed of the internet. Also, it may seem like too many features initially, particularly to new users venturing into the revised Zoom Workplace interface. Nevertheless, after getting acquainted with it, the general experience turns out to be effective and reliable.
