What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zoom Workplace is that it’s an all-in-one platform. I don’t have to rely on other apps because everything I need is in one place—meetings, chat, screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
A slow internet connection can lead to lag, audio and visual issues, and dropped calls, all of which can reduce the quality of meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With features like AI Companion, meeting summaries, notes, and action items are generated automatically, which eliminates the need for manual note-taking. It saves time and helps boost productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom add on allows me to easily create calendar event and add in Zoom link directly within my calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some times sync issues with other software I use for both note taking and calendar tracking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings are a big part of my job and being able to track the calls, have the AI note taker give me summaries, and automize the follow up summaries are very helpful.

I like most about Zoom Workplace that everything is brought into a seamless experience. The best is interacting with team meetings, and I appreciate features like screen sharing, whiteboards, and data transfer. The reliability of video and audio quality is also something I really like. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was fairly easy and straightforward, with quick installation and simple meeting setup, making it easy to explain to new users. I find Zoom Workplace to be a reliable and high-quality platform for meetings, strong for remote and hybrid work, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace is powerful but it could be simpler, faster, and more seamless in certain areas. I feel simplification and speed could be improved in a few specific areas like finding certain tools, whiteboard, screen sharing recordings, menu, and tabs.

Zoom Workplace solves my day-to-day challenges in communication, team coordination, remote collaboration, and client engagement.

The voice quality is better, and it’s easy to share a text message.

They don’t have an option to send bulk messages. We need a bulk texting feature, because sending messages one by one takes too much time.

In a single app, I can do everything: calls, chats, and meetings, plus notes—everything in one place.

It doesn’t give us a chance to react to messages.

I use Zoom Workplace on a daily basis. It makes it easy for me to reach out to candidates, and I can create a group whenever needed. I can also attend all internal meetings using a single app, so I don’t need a separate app just for meetings.

I used Zoom Workplace for meetings with my clients and colleagues.
