The New Zoom Workplace: Smarter, Faster, Better
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about the new Zoom Workplace is how the AI Companion can now handle tasks like creating summaries, documents, and even short video clips for me. The workflow automation is also great because it connects Zoom with other tools I use, which saves me a lot of time. I find the live notes and meeting summaries very useful since I don’t have to worry about missing important details. The updated Team Chat layout makes it easier to organize conversations and stay focused. Overall, these updates make Zoom more powerful and much easier to use for my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I think Zoom Workplace could improve is making the AI Companion more consistent, because sometimes it doesn’t fully capture everything from a meeting or chat. I also feel that the customization options for the interface could be expanded so users can adjust it more to their personal workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves remote collaboration problems and it helps us by enabling seamless virtual meetings, ensuring team members can collaborate effectively regardless of their physical location

Some I have a network issue in connectivity.

I love the AI companion for taking notes, the auto dialer for outbound is so convenient and efficient and I know you can also integrate it to a CRM which is even better than the ones within the CRM itself

I believe theres still room for improvement when it comes to the quality of the videos and the feature to moderate comments in a live chat when having an online event

What do you like best about the product?
I am Using Zoom since past 3 Years it is very amazing application for virtual meetings. In our Organization we can use zoom daily for remote, project updates. easy to use and implement. User friendly interface, It provides High quality video and audio on Meetings. it have several features like screen sharing, recordings, Virtual Backgrounds etc.. It integrates with tools like Outlook, emails, Calendars etc.. Customer support is also very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Issues with zoom while iam using from last 3 Years. It is suitable all Businessof small and Bigger size organizations.

Zoom workplace reduces costs, improves connectivity and provide flexible solution. it allows everyone to work from anywhere at any time.It integrates with tools like email, calendars, Teams Meeting etc..

Sometimes the video cuts out which makes it hard to understand other participants.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is the best collaboration tool, which is user friendly. It supports any device to login and I use it almost everyday for the office connects. The integration is super helpful with office tools and easy to screenshare and I try and implement multiple apps in it. Whenever we have trouble, the support from backend team is quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much here. Its a easy going one for me.

I work from home, hence I connect with my peers and all my meetings are scheduled through Zoom workplace videos. Its the best face to face collaboration tool with a great opportunity in screen sharing.

It's user friendliness, excellent audio and video quality, that improve online meetings and team work.

Sometimes after prolonged meetings zoom may have some problems and you have to restart your device for you to use it again.

The issue with geographical location.Its easy now because we can schedule meetings with staff any at time that is deemed convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
When conducting public hearings in Webinar it gives the public a view only function which is helpful when wanting to have a bit of control on who speaks and who can only view. There is the option to raise hand and gives the public comment priveledges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software does not auto update and almost too many settings, hard to find what you need as an admin

It is especially beneficial when there are a lot of public in the audience. It gives you the control of the room.
