What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Zoom Workplace for team collaboration, virtual meetings, and project coordination across distributed teams. I like most the reliability and quality of meetings, which run smoothly with consistently strong audio and video, even when bandwidth is limited. I appreciate the all-in-one collaboration, having chat, meetings, whiteboards, and file sharing in one platform reduces the need to switch between tools. I find hybrid team support useful as it bridges the gap between remote and in-office staff, giving everyone equal access to collaboration tools. I also value the interactive features, documentation and reproducibility, as well as the security and trust the platform provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface complexity a bit challenging, as the platform sometimes feels crowded when switching between chat, meetings, and whiteboards. A more streamlined design would help. The notification management also needs improvement because alerts can be overwhelming with uncoordinated reminders from chat, meetings, and integrations. It would be helpful to have better customization of notification settings. Additionally, there are gaps in file organization, integration depth, and resource usage, as well as limits on customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to solve fragmented communication tools, remote collaboration challenges, scheduling friction, and security concerns. It integrates chat, meetings, and file sharing in one platform, reduces tool-switching, supports hybrid teams, and provides consistently strong audio and video.

What do you like best about the product?
It works great for our teams meetings of 30 people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have issues using other platforms for our team meetings. Zoom works much better with the number of people that we have on our video meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that it's easy for me, and all my attendees to use. The clarity of picture is great too. Not grainy like some can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have a scheduled meeting only to discover during sign in that they've changed something, or there is an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest is to be able to connect me, and others across the US as the next best thing to being in person.

Zoom Workplace is easy to use and provides stable video and audio quality during meetings. It supports screen sharing, chat, and recording features which help teams collaborate effectively. It also works well across different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes meetings may face minor connectivity issues if the internet is slow. The free version also has time limits which can interrupt longer meetings.

Zoom Workplace helps teams conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and remote collaboration easily. It reduces the need for in-person meetings and allows teams to communicate and share information quickly from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how collaborative zoom meetings are with hand raising functions that allow for an interactive session.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it functions on the mobile app - harder to nagivate.

I work at a remote-first company. Zoom allows for consistent communication and note taking to make sure nothing is lost in translation.
Reliable Tool for Seamless Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is very reliable, and you don't need a particularly strong Wi-Fi connection to have good quality phone calls. Even the video quality is pretty good, thanks to their impressive compression algorithm. It's also easy to use and has a lot of inbuilt AI assistance for transcription and recording meetings. I appreciate that it's integrated with our Google Calendar, making meeting setup convenient. Overall, it's just a very easy application to work with and has a good UI that's straightforward and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There nothing which I have to complain about it. It meets all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes collaboration easier by allowing quick communication, saving time compared to email or Slack. It also provides valuable interaction with team members.
Effortless Remote Connection Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it so easy to connect with others remotely

It is probably my internet, but sometimes the image or audio freezes up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to go to remote meetings when we were going through the pandemic. Many of the members of our organizations were older people, so it was important to keep them healthy during a trying time. They met once a month, so Zoom was a lifesaver, literally and figuratively.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use and provides fast connectivity with minimum buffering. The most important factor for me is the clear audio, which is vital during my sales calls to ensure professional communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, though occasionally the background noise cancellation could be even more aggressive in very loud environments.

What do you like best about the product?
Can do voice call or voice and video call together, and the scare screen feature or ability to record meetings. I can use it from my phone app or computer. Meetings can be recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am logging into it, it starts to do an update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to work remotely and have virtual meetings without travelling into office. Also enables us to have quick video calls instead of emailing issues which makes resolving issues a lot faster as we can do it in real time as if we were in the office.
