What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace easy to use, and it offers reliable audio and video quality. The screen sharing and recording features are very useful for my needs. I also appreciate its integration with other tools like Google Calendar and Slack, which helps me connect easily. The chat feature allows for quick communication, and scheduling with the calendar is smooth. The initial setup was very easy with quick installation, a simple interface, and minimal setup required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have occasional connection issues, and the high resource usage can be a bit of a drag. Also, I feel like the chat feature could be more feature-rich, similar to Microsoft Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves remote communication and meeting coordination, allowing collaboration without physical presence.

I haven't used it much apart from client communication. I like the quality of video, screen sharing, and easy accessibility.

Nothing much... I like it overall... It's easier to do everything

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Zoom Workplace helps me manage large team meetings efficiently. Features like screen sharing and breakout rooms are particularly valuable for planning and executing the college fest. Screen sharing allows me to present plans, budgets, and timelines clearly to the whole team, which is super helpful. Breakout rooms are great for allowing different departments like marketing, logistics, and sponsorship to have their discussions at the same time. This setup saves time and keeps everything organized, which makes meetings much more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I face with Zoom Workplace is time limits on free meetings and occasional lag or connectivity issues during large team calls. Also, managing very big groups can sometimes get chaotic, so better control and smoother performance for large meetings would make it even more efficient. The initial setup was a little complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace lets me attend classes and meetings from anywhere, helps coordinate college fest work efficiently, and keeps me connected with my team. Features like screen sharing and breakout rooms save time and improve meeting productivity, making coordination more organized and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for academia, professional development, and business management. I like the all-in-one convenience, the breakout rooms, the recording, Moodle integration, and the whiteboard. Breakout rooms are great for allowing participants to work in small groups, conduct role play, and simulations. The whiteboard is useful for collecting ideas and modifying responses together as a group. I find the easy login and the high-quality audio and video particularly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement is how the platform manages video recordings. For academic use, my customers are actively seeking alternative solutions for handling this. Video recording can be improved with embedding participants' interactions like short quizzes. Editing the videos, simple video editing, and self-recordings, AI transcription, and search may assist too. The initial setup is easy but sometimes it requires IT intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace solves location challenges by enabling face-to-face meetings without commute times. It boosts collaboration with breakout rooms for group work and a whiteboard for collective ideas. I also enjoy its all-in-one convenience and seamless integration with Moodle.

I like how easy it is to schedule meetings, join calls, and collaborate with my team from anywhere. The video and audio quality feel reliable, screen sharing runs smoothly, and features like chat, whiteboard, and AI meeting summaries help improve productivity. G2 users also frequently praise its ease of use and call quality, which matches my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is the free video conference duration limit, which is around 45 minutes. I think it should be at least 1 hour.

It helps me conduct remote Salesforce training sessions, client discussions, and internal meetings efficiently. I use it for screen sharing demos, recording sessions, and managing communication without needing multiple tools. This saves time and improves collaboration

It’s easy to connect for virtual work setup.its convenient, you can record the meeting, there is a option to AI to take the notes in meetings, so that you can concentrate in the meeting.

Sometimes it doesn’t allow to copy the message in the chat

The main issue is that Zoom Workplace can be resource-intensive and sometimes slow down devices or consume significant battery during meetings. Additionally, frequent updates and feature changes can sometimes confuse users or interrupt workflow.

It’s very user-friendly and convenient to operate, and the metrics are easy to understand. Personally, I feel it’s great to use Zoom Workplace.

Just two points to highlight: we can’t quote our replies on other people’s text, and bulk texts are missing.

It’s also really reliable and easy to use. Even if someone isn’t super tech-savvy, they can join a meeting with just a link and get going right away. The audio and video quality are usually solid, which makes a big difference for work calls.

There are also occasional issues with updates or settings resetting, which can interrupt your workflow. And while it integrates many tools, some features (like chat or file management) don’t always feel as smooth or intuitive as dedicated apps.
