What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration of video conferencing with team chat and collaboration tools makes Zoom Workplace incredibly efficient. The video quality is consistently reliable, even with poor internet connections, and the interface is intuitive enough that new team members can jump in without training. I particularly appreciate the AI Companion features for meeting summaries and the ability to quickly switch between different communication modes - video, chat, or phone - all within one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel overwhelming with so many features packed into one interface. The search functionality across chat and files could be more robust, and occasionally, the notifications can be excessive when you're part of multiple channels and ongoing meetings. The mobile app, while functional, doesn't offer the same smooth experience as the desktop version for more complex tasks.

Zoom Workplace consolidates our communication tools into a single platform, eliminating the need to switch between multiple apps for video calls, instant messaging, and file sharing. This has significantly reduced context-switching and improved team productivity. The persistent chat rooms keep conversations organized by project, and the meeting recordings with AI-generated summaries ensure that team members who couldn't attend live can catch up quickly. This has been especially valuable for our distributed team across different time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
As a coaching teacher, I have been using Zoom Workplace for over five years, starting during the COVID lockdown. Since then, I have not switched to any other platform for video streaming. I appreciate their affordable pricing and the simplicity of managing meetings, which makes organizing and shortlisting sessions much easier. The reminder feature is especially useful and is the one I rely on the most. It is reliable and easy to onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any particular dislikes about the workplace myself. However, I have noticed that many small tuition teachers are unable to extend their meeting time when using the free tier. While this limitation is understandable, offering a bit more time to free users could be beneficial. Otherwise, these users often switch to other free platforms like Google Meet, which can prevent them from experiencing or even discovering the additional features that Zoom offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has addressed and continues to address the challenge of easy onboarding for video streaming and virtual classrooms. As a tuition teacher, I would recommend this application to my colleagues who face similar difficulties when teaching multiple students at once. (Just a reminder about the new participant limit.) The simple call-to-action is very effective—you just click the invite link and it allows you to join the Zoom meeting. Alternatively, you can use a code, which is both reliable and proven to be secure.

Honestly, Zoom Workplace is quite good overall, but at times it feels a bit heavy to use. For example, when many people join a meeting, it can start to lag or the audio may have a slight delay. There are also occasions when it takes a while to connect or log in again, even if the internet connection is stable. I wish the chat and meeting interfaces were a bit simpler, as switching between them can be confusing sometimes. Still, I really appreciate the efforts of the Zoom team—just a few small improvements could make the experience even smoother for everyone.Also a suggestion u can provide a local host API for Business Users for little Subscription based model for their daily client deals and meeting interaction

Zoom Workplace is helping me to stay connected with my team and clients very easily, especially when we are working from different place. Earlier it was difficult to manage meetings and communication on mails or calls, but now everything is in one place. It saves lot of time because we can share screen, discuss ideas, and even chat instantly without switching apps. The video and audio quality are quite reliable which makes communication more clear. It also helps in reducing travel time and improves work productivity. Overall, it makes teamwork more smooth and comfortable for daily work.
Great Screen Sharing Across Devices, Minor Confusion with Multiple Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the freedom this tool gives me to share my work screen and manage other participants, something that's not possible with WhatsApp video calls. It's also very convenient because I use it on both my PC and my tablet, and it performs well on both devices.

The only drawback I notice is that having multiple instances of the meeting or sync can be confusing.Also the meeting time limit,that is one of the downsides.

The major problem that zoom workplace is solving is being the dependable replacement for video conferencing,also it has been useful for professional settings,and also serving as a meeting place for friends when we work on new projects.

It's easy to use—just log in and you're ready to go. I can use it multiple times a week without any trouble. Sharing files with other Zoom participants is straightforward, and if any issues arise, customer support is always available to help. Logging into Zoom with hundreds of people is also very simple.

I don't have strong feelings either way. It's simply a tool we all rely on to keep in touch, even when we're separated by great distances.

What do you like best about the product?
i have used it to take many meetings ,it works pretty good for my remote internship meetings.

it has a limit of 40 min. for a meeting , and mobile version is not as user friendly as website

screen sharing has been improved a lot and it works even on decently slow network. AI features also helped me in making my work efficient.

Effortless Group Communication, Minor Guest Access Hurdle
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has made it much easier to communicate with large groups. What I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is its ability to let every participant in a meeting share entire tabs and join in live chat during the session.

For me there is no downside using workspace, just when guest user what join a session, he or she should be allowed by The Host despite having received the invitation link from his side
