Zoom Workplace: Effortless Global Networking
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace so easy and reliable to use. It offers so many different options to enhance a meeting, record a meeting, and make it almost as good as having a face-to-face call. I appreciate being able to record meetings and have transcriptions to refer back to, which saves me from scribbling notes and makes things quicker and easier. The setup was very quick and easy, and I love how it integrates with my CRM, helping me to book calls efficiently.

Zoom Workplace enables my business to go global by allowing me to speak to anyone online anytime from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom Workplace because it's always been my favorite platform for its easy access, and I've never had difficulties connecting. I find their recent addition of AI helps me to plan for my calls and as a note taker, it works fantastic at making sure I stay on track with follow-ups. I also love that Zoom ensures I never have more than one appointment by checking all my appointments. It's easy to integrate with all my other platforms like HubSpot, Gmail, Apollo, and LinkedIn. The initial setup was simple, which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit expensive for me, especially since I’m a small agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for easy access and reliable connectivity. It helps plan calls with AI, tracks follow-ups, integrates with platforms like HubSpot and Gmail, and keeps appointments organized, making scheduling effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to meet with my coworkers and collaborate makes it much easier to stay aligned and get work done together.

I honestly can’t think of anything I dislike about it. It’s smooth to use and effective.

Zoom Makes Group Meetings Effortless with Powerful Collaboration Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great video-conferencing platform that makes it easy to host group meetings. It also has extra features like polls, breakout rooms, reactions, voting, recording, transcriptions, and other special tools, which is helpful for collaboration between teams. I also think the UI of the platform is quite easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dislikes I have with zoom is centred around its app. Most times after opening the Zoom app, my webcam automatically comes on without my request. Additionally, the app randomly crashes after a while, which can be very frustrating. It's also difficult sometime getting support in tackling some issues I come across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps collaboration and communication between teams easy. Instead of using different tools for meetings and chats or scheduling, Zoom brings everything together in one place. It helps save time and effort, and make collaboration seamless. Also, the addition of Zoom AI makes it even better because I can easily summarise meetings, compose messages and emails, drafting, and transcribe conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
multiple feathures are very effective like, Calling features, call recording options, easy to use and very cost effective then other competitor tools

SMS feature configuration is a task and its little difficult to activate. Customer support system could have been better

It is helping us with zoom phone lines and manage our zoom meetings as well. The communication is very seemless and it is helping us to review our agents call by going through the call recordings and findings
Essential for Recruiters with Effortless Usage
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom itself is really important to use because without it, we can't connect with our candidates. And it will be difficult for us to connect with them. The quality and everything is quite good and organized in Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mentioned earlier that it gives the summary. Yes, it provides us the summary but do not save it. I mean later on we can't find that summary so that what can be improved here. that is the reason I have updated it.

I use Zoom Workplace to connect with candidates, and it helps us remember important points by providing conversation summaries that are saved for future reference.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very reliable and extremely easy to use. I mainly use it for work meetings, and it works consistently well without technical issues. Scheduling meetings, sharing presentations, and collaborating with team members is very straightforward. One of my favorite features is the AI meeting assistant. The automatic summaries are very accurate and capture the key points and action items, which saves a lot of time after meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, my experience has been very positive. If anything, some of the advanced features could be easier to find within the interface. Other than that, the platform is stable and works very well for everyday professional communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy for teams to communicate and collaborate remotely. It helps us run efficient meetings, share presentations quickly, and keep everyone aligned even when working from different locations. The AI-generated summaries are especially useful because they reduce the need to take manual notes and make it easier to review what was discussed after the meeting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace should cost less. In addition, there should be a way for breakout rooms to be recorded from the main room (unless this is already an option and I missed it).

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of people unable to meet in person due to location. I work at an international society so the connections are needed.

There are no major drawbacks in my experience. Occasionally, minor connectivity issues can happen depending on internet stability, but overall Zoom Workplace performs very well.
