Zoom Workplace: Intuitive, All-in-One Collaboration That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Meeting, scheduling one, or hopping into chat is very intuitive, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. It just works without a lot of setup or confusion.
Another strong point is how it combines multiple tools in one platform. Instead of switching between apps, you get video meetings, team chat, phone calls, whiteboards, and file sharing all together. That saves time and keeps things organized.
People also like the reliability. Compared to a lot of other platforms, Zoom tends to have stable video/audio quality, even with larger groups or weaker internet connections.
On top of that, features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording make it great for both work and personal use—whether you're running meetings, training sessions, or collaborating on projects.

Calls that continue even if you switch tabs
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that I can be on a call and at the same time I can check other things because even if I don't have the tab active, the call continues and doesn't close.

Right now I can't find anything I don't like

Zoom Workplace is solving a problem that has everything integrated, like calls, messages, documents, and many more.
Versatile with Excellent Recording, Needs Improved Capacity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace doesn't rely on Teams, which is convenient for our operations. Additionally, I can record which is really helpful for meeting reviews. The initial setup was also easy, which saved us a lot of time getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often hit capacity for some events, and we also run into issues with co-hosts. Increasing max participants might help.

I use Zoom Workplace for gathering people from outside of our organization.
Great for Team Collaboration, Needs Easier Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the features of Zoom Workplace like automatically finding the right background, focus, and camera features. The recordings are spot on and I never have a problem using features like background or illustrating graphs and charts with my colleagues. It was easy to set up, just had to download the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to navigate, I had a problem in the beginning. It wasn't easy to sync when I put it in the calendar for our meeting.

Convenient and User-Friendly, But Can Lag with Large Groups

I find Zoom Workplace easy and convenient to use. I enjoy being able to change the background to make things more exciting. The initial setup was straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when connecting with multiple people, there can be a lag in the conversation. It seems that if more people are in the same room, it can be slow or speech can be broken when switching between people talking.

Zoom Workplace lets me meet with clients remotely, so I don't have to see them in person. It's easy and convenient for making immediate contract changes and getting signatures.
Empowers Online Collaboration, But Pricing Needs Attention
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace can be integrated with other plugins and tools, which helps me be more productive. I appreciate how it focuses on providing a good online meeting experience and that, in some ways, it's better than the competition. The integration with tools like Red, AI, which provides insightful reports about meetings, is really useful for my work. I also find the platform to be more stable in some environments compared to others, and the video quality is better than that of competitors. The initial setup was really easy, like look and play, without any problems.

Zoom Workplace lets me have online meetings even with an unstable connection, and I can record sessions. It integrates with tools like Outlook and Google Drive, making me more productive. It's more stable and has better video quality than other platforms like Google Meet.
Excellent AI Companion and Seamless 3rd-Party App Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The AI companion feature and it's intergration with other 3rd party apps is excellent for my sales team.

Requires very strong bandwidth for a normal video call

zoom- my go to tool for all my meeting needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to bring communication, collaboration, and productivity into a single platform. I have been using it for more than 5 years now. Apart from meetings, features like chat, white boarding, and the post meeting summary work like a charm. user friendly UI, ease of access and the accessablity are added advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
i am yet to learn on how to room the break rooms. Sometimes, too many icons on the screen make me feel sick. The always-on-top icon bar sometime feels redundant during the calls. Chats seem to disapper once the call is over. Sync with my google calendar sometimes feel broken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use it for internal team and external client meetings. The external meeting part is more important to me. The after-meeting summary is something i consider a blessing.
Improve multi-tasking and meeting records
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to record the meeting and accommodate multiple attendees.

I don’t think there’s much wrong with it overall, but I do hope there will be more features available for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s basically about being able to multitask. I can work on my own tasks while still attending meetings. We all know how time-consuming physical meetings can be, but with Zoom Workplace I’m able to keep up with my other work while listening in on the meeting.
Helpful Room Setup, But Microphone and Mute Issues Get in the Way

It provides different room so it makes the requirement processes easier.

Most of the time it does not recognise the microphone or it keeps you on mute. And you can't even unmute yourself
