Great for Remote Teams, But UI Needs Modernization
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to bridge the gap between remote workers stands out to me. It's ease of implementation and integration into our workflow helps increase productivity.

The somewhat outdated user interface really limits its overall appeal.

Zoom fosters a virtual office atmosphere that greatly supports our team’s collaboration and strengthens our sense of camaraderie.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace is easy to access and facilitates efficient meetings with multiple users. The platform integrates various functionalities like chat, meetings, and file sharing seamlessly, making it incredibly convenient. I particularly appreciate the smooth, unified experience it offers in bringing together these features, allowing me to chat, meet, brainstorm, and co-edit documents all in one place without having to switch between different applications, which saves a considerable amount of time. The chat feature is fantastic for maintaining communication beyond meetings, with everything organized efficiently in channels, ensuring that updates and ideas don't get lost. During meetings, I find the built-in tools, such as screen sharing, reactions, and AI summaries, extremely helpful in accelerating and clarifying collaboration, especially when reviewing designs or presentations. The brainstorming tools, like whiteboards and sticky notes, give me an excellent platform for visual thinking, mimicking the feel of in-person idea sketching. Additionally, the AI-driven tools for summaries and follow-ups are invaluable for enhancing my team's collaboration, further motivating the decision to switch from other tools to Zoom Workplace. Overall, I find the platform beginner-friendly and would highly recommend it to others for its efficiency and practicality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's the interface; it can feel cluttered when switching between chats, meetings, and files. Some tools, like whiteboards and document co-editing, also lag with larger groups. Streamlining navigation and improving performance during collaboration would make the experience smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to facilitate face-to-face meetings with colleagues, integrate multiple communication and collaboration tools in one platform, and utilize AI for summaries, improving overall work efficiency.
Intuitive Platform with Excellent Quality Audio and Video
What do you like best about the product?
I want to highlight how easy it is to use this platform, as well as the excellent quality of audio and video it offers. I also greatly appreciate the ability to integrate different collaboration tools, such as chat, calendar, and digital whiteboards, all gathered in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is quite solid, although some features, such as collaborative whiteboards or advanced controls, have limitations when used from a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the problems of scattered communication, low productivity in meetings, and lack of integration between tools. This is beneficial because it allows everything to be centralized on a single platform, saving time and facilitating better collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom Workplace for a couple of years. It is an easy and effective way to manage calls and work tasks. Connecting with people and scheduling meetings is simple. The recent updates have made it even more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, most aspects are good. However, having an AI-driven feature for automatically generating meeting minutes would be very helpful, as it could improve our workflow and save us time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we relied on another product, but with Zoom, we have never encountered any connection issues. It allows us to schedule meetings with a larger number of participants, and sharing screens or documents during calls is straightforward and convenient.

Nothing, I find Zoom is normal for me, I just use it when US ASEAN CENTER invited me to join the meeting to announce upcoming new programs.

Nothing, If it doesn't meet my needs many times I will delete it and use another platform to use

Zoom’s great overall, but it’s starting to feel a bit crowded with features. It’d be nice if common tasks were easier to find and do without digging through so many options.

Effortless Meetings and Convenient Screen Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
This platform makes it simple to host and join meetings, and I also find the screen sharing feature very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app uses too much memory, which makes screen sharing difficult to use. Additionally, if you just want to quickly share your screen with a friend for a short time, you have to go through the whole process of creating a meeting. It would be much more convenient to have a permanent meeting room that's always open, so you and your friends could join whenever you want without any extra steps.

Scheduling meetings, sharing your screen, and joining video calls are all simple and intuitive. Each action is easy to perform, making the experience very user-friendly.
