Best universal video call tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used many different platforms for video calling, and Zoom has hands-down been the best option for me for weekly video calls. It's universal and easy for anyone to use, even if they do not have the Zoom app. Connections are always clear and seamless, and it's extremely easy to present from this platform. The interface is user-friendly and intiutive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything bad to say. I have had nothing but a good experience with using Zoom for business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a remote employee, this not only helps me stay fully connected with my team, but it also helps me conduct business more efficiently with clients that are working remotely as well. This helps remove the challenge of most schedule conflicts, the excessive need to travel, and allows for faster collaboration.

We can communicate with remote employees and clients. It is easy to use.

Sometimes our volume doesn't work with zoom.

Zoom is helping us with meetings with clients from different cities and provinces.
We usually use zoom on company meetings which is awesome

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use , and everyone can use it as it is accessable for everyone and we are using it in dialy basis ,it has a lot of properties like recording of the meeting, chatting and strong customer service help
What do you dislike about the product?
After 40 minutes it will close for the free version even if only 2 persons on the meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve going out and consuming alot of time trying to reach you class or course hall, you can do and learn from the comfort zone of you home everything you want

Collaboration is what I like the best about Zoom Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the software doesn't have some features on certain devices.

Zoom Workplace is helping by having a place for all teammembers to meet and much much more.

I love the evolution of Zoom Workplace - the ease of use, scheduling, design, etc.

This is really Zoom specific, but a lot of video platforms aren't curly-hair friendly.

I work for a company that is fully remote. Zoom allows me to connect with my team. It's reliable and functional!

I love how convenient Zoom Workplace is, it allows for open communication and collaberation and I wouold highly recommend to anyone looking to try it out.

Zoom workplace is solving problems like productivity, engagement, collaboration, flexibity, etc. It has benefited me in so many ways because it allows me to work effiecently and optimize collaboration, which is huge in my role.
