Easy Cross-Platform Meetings with Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can use any platform (pc or iPhone) to connect to meetings. It’s very useful to be able to see the other people, especially if you don’t work in the same office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes several steps to log into a meeting. Especially from a link. My last meeting I got a meeting notification and when I clicked on it, the window opened up and asked me if I want to connect via the app or via the Zoom Workplace site. It should be an automated process to open Zoom and then connect to the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely for a company in PA, I live in WA, so it’s easy to have a Zoom meeting for training when I first started and weekly meetings for updates on my progress.

Room Integration Smooth, But Connection Issues Persist

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace because you can put conference rooms and desks and everything in it. It's helpful to know where our conference rooms are, and not only that, but also where employees sit when looking for them. It makes it an easy way for people to meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
They seem to disconnect from Zoom Workplace a lot, and so that's kind of a point of frustration for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy for people to meet, and helps us know where conference rooms and employee desks are located.

Simple and Efficient Connection with Zoom Workplace

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is a very easy program to use. I enjoy that it has an extensive capacity for people who can connect, which is very convenient since more than 100 people can participate in a session. I also value the function of scheduling sessions because it reminds me of the day and time of my meetings, which makes organization much easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that every program always has a factor for improvement, one case could be its size which makes it a bit slow and in the long run can become annoying. Perhaps the creation of a lite version, one more accessible for lower-end devices like cell phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows me to connect and participate without being physically present, I just need a device and an internet connection. I enjoy its simplicity and the ability to include more than 100 people in a session, as well as managing meetings with reminders.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy Client Meetings with Smart Calendar Sync and AI Meeting Summaries

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom because it’s the app I usually use to meet with clients when needed. It’s very easy to use—once you schedule a meeting, it’s automatically added to your calendar.

It also now uses AI to take notes during the discussion, then sends you an email with a summary afterward. You can review the notes and take advantage of many other new features and updates as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like most about Zoom is the on-screen drawing/annotation tool. It can be hard to find at times, and there isn’t an easy shortcut to quickly delete what you’ve drawn. As a result, the person on the other end can sometimes get confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of using multiple disconnected tools to run meetings, follow up on action items, and keep communication organized. Instead of switching between a video app, email, chat, calendar, and a notes tool, it brings these workflows together—so information isn’t lost and follow-ups happen faster.

For me, the biggest benefit is integration. For example, when I schedule a Zoom meeting, it automatically syncs with Google Calendar, includes the meeting link, and sends reminders—so clients join easily and I don’t have to manually send details. After the call, Zoom’s AI meeting summary/notes can be sent to email or shared with the team, and I can post key takeaways to Zoom Team Chat or create follow-up tasks. This reduces back-and-forth, keeps everyone aligned, and saves time on documentation and coordination.

Dynamic Teaching with Flexible Drawing Tools

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the drawing tools, especially the pencils, as they are much more flexible compared to other applications when it comes to drawings. I can easily access the drawing tool when I share my screen, and it helps a lot since my students can also draw and I can see their work and mistakes easily. I appreciate that I can share my documents and solve problems seamlessly with Zoom Workplace. It's very easy for me to set up, just by downloading from the Microsoft store. I find it really valuable to be able to record lessons and share them later, which is helpful for students who can't participate live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pro plan just allows 100 people. I also organize puzzle events across Turkey with 2000 participants. When I want to set meetings, I should use another app like YouTube, and it becomes public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can record and share lessons for absent students. Drawing tools are easily accessible during screen sharing, allowing me to address student mistakes effectively. Sharing documents and solving with pencils is straightforward and flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place, making day-to-day work much simpler and more organized.

The biggest advantage is its all-in-one collaboration approach. Instead of switching between multiple tools, you can handle meetings, chat, calls, file sharing, and even task coordination within the same platform. This saves time and reduces confusion, especially in team environments.

Another strong point is the ease of use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even new users can quickly get comfortable without much training. This is especially helpful in training or corporate settings where participants may have different levels of technical knowledge.

I also appreciate the reliability of video and audio quality. Meetings are generally stable, with features like screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, and live captions working smoothly, which is very useful for training sessions and workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
one thing that can be worked upon is the constant notifications from chats, meetings, and updates can become distracting if not managed properly. It requires some manual effort to customize settings and avoid interruptions.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the online audio and video quality of Zoom Workplace without any interruptions in calls. Sharing data and information through dedicated websites is another feature I find valuable. The user-friendly setup made it easy for me to get started with the platform. Overall, it has been a reliable communication tool, especially after switching from Skype.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it connects with all of my calendars person and work. It integrates seamlessly as well with my website hosting platform, Wix.

I dislike being forced to upgrade for calls under 1hour.
