In the contemporary workplace, Zoom has emerged as one of the most dependable collaboration tools. Even for those who are not very tech-savvy, the platform is clear, simple to use, and effective. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and meeting recording make remote work and training sessions much easier, and the audio and video quality is generally good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Zoom Workplace is generally dependable, there are a few things that could be done better like Regular Updates: Workflow may be disrupted by the platform's frequent updates, particularly when attending a meeting at the last minute.

This flexibility enhances our meeting experience greatly. Given these benefits, I find myself highly satisfied with the platform, to the extent that I would readily recommend it to others.

When using the Zoom Workplace phone app, it is not as easy to navigate.

Zoom Workplace allows me to gather with colleagues when not physically available, offering an easy-to-use platform for meetings with options for individual speaking or group discussion.
Effortless to Use with Great App Marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, and that you can add apps from the thier app market place. Also we use calendly for meeting with our clients, and Zoom intergrates with calendly so when a client makes an appointment they get an email with a uniqu link to join the meeting.

What I dislike about it is that you need to be on the entreprise subcription in order to get 1080p video.

It allows us to meet client virtually no matter where they are. I'm base in Georgia and I meet with clients over zoom from all over the united states

It is that place where you can integrate all your information, adjust it, and work as a team, "All in one place," and if we talk about the active use of artificial intelligence, this takes us to another level, meaning the hybrid work of technology and humans allows your purpose of using the platform to be more dynamic and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes word bugs are generated in the AI companion summaries and I think it can look a bit overwhelmed in terms of the available functions. I believe they should be released gradually to allow for a better user adaptability curve.

Long-distance connectivity, since the advent of the technological era, tools like ZoomWorkplace have rapidly evolved to allow millions of users to be more connected regardless of distances. The quality of transmission and refresh rates are increasingly better, providing different sensations to users "Approaches to immersive reality."

I love that Zoom Workplace is an easy-to-use place for teaching classes, as it provides innovative tools and resources that allow me to integrate artificial intelligence into the classroom to facilitate effective access to student information. Additionally, I value that it has a direct connection with platforms like Moodle, which helps in managing classes at the institute where I work. This integration makes handling activities smoother and more efficient. Additionally, the initial setup process was simple thanks to the prior knowledge we already had of Zoom, which facilitated the transition because the workers are already trained. Overall, I consider Zoom Workplace to be the most economical and efficient way for current educational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the integration with Moodle platforms is not straightforward, making it difficult to schedule class sessions and meetings in both systems at the same time. Also, the automatic saving of videos to data repository platforms is problematic; I would like there to be a direct integration with folders in Gdrive to store the videos directly in the cloud, thus avoiding the need to download them first.

Team often struggle with asynchronous work. Zoom workplace's team chat has generative AI features- like thread , summaries and suggested quick replies- to help in catching up and participating without needing to scroll long chat history.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best screensharing and video conferencing software as a service product. used it daily for client troubleshooting calls as well as webinars. we can take control, breakout rooms are also there.

Sometime the mobile app is slow. The pricing model is easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A robust solution was need for video conferencing for our client. They had in house software but it was slow. Zoom workspace was suggested and we are using it for last 3 years.
