Zoom Workplace provides vast functions for video conferencing alike other application.
It has many option like background, theme etc.

In my opinion everything is perfect about Zoom Workplace but one thing I don't like is that when I zoom workplace sometimes there are some updates which takes time.

Zoom Workplace is adding more things like noise suppression and HD quality video which makes it the best for users.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having different ways to communicate with my climate through Zoom Workplace. I can use the chat box or the annotation tools to write directly on the screen. I also love the ability to only share a portion of the screen so that my clients don't see everything that I see on my end. With Zoom Workplace, you can use custom backgrounds and Greenscreens so that you can meet virtually from anywhere and still appear professional. It is very rare that I experience a dropped call or technical issues. It's user friendly and business compatible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Zoom Workplace. I wish that my annotation tools still worked for my client even if I pause my screen share. That's the only downside to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can meet with clients all over the world. This means I am not limited to who I can service. It also has the annotation features which makes my education sessions more interactive.

What I like best about Zoom is the ease of use for both work/school meetings and other functionality within it.

The one downside I do have is the time limit that is on some meetings depending on the amount of participants.

It is easy to access from almost any device, whether it's a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.

Zoom performs well with good internet connections, but the audio and video quality can quickly degrade in low-bandwidth situations. Audio or video glitches, connection problems, and lag can disrupt meetings, leading to frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For meetings with large groups it allows us to split into smaller breakout rooms. This is useful for group work, brainstorming, or networking sessions, and it’s easy to bring everyone back to the main meeting when needed. It integrates well with many other tools, such as Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, and many project management platforms. It makes scheduling and managing meetings much more efficient.

Since the pandemic, Covid 19, Zoom has become part of my daily use on how I conduct meetings across my team. It has a user friendly interface that is easy to use with high quality videos and audios which enhance a meeting's experience. It has greatly facilitated my remote work experience, making communication and collaboration easier.Zoom Workplace maintains a consistent experience across platforms even when I am using a phone, destop or laptop. It integrates easily with tools that I already use such as Microsoft office. This enhances my workflow allowing me to schedule meetigs using my calendar and share documents during calls.
The customer support was fast when I have had technical issues in the past while guiding me through the troubleshooting process.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited customization options and the occasional connectivity issues even though the internet connection is steady, especially peak hours. This can disrupt meetings and frustrations from the participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves communication barriers, scheduling conflicts, training and onboarding in the company and engagement in meetings. Part of having a team I cannot be everywhere at the same time as some of the team members are in remote ares, Zoom workplace provides high-quality videos and audio, enabling clear and real time conversations. Zoom's intergrated calendar features makes it easy to schedule meetings with my team allowing eveyrone to prepare for the meeting thus, minimizing the back and forth. Bringing new employess on board has been made easy as the Zoom's video conferencing tools support virtual training sessions.
