What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the options in Zoom Workplace to streamline everything needed for meetings in one place. I find it easy to virtually meet, making it more productive and feasible to engage with stakeholders. I also like the ability to grant users permission to interact or engage with attendees.

I like Zoom Workplace because it saves time and power. It's very easy to access, so users don't have any difficulties in usage. I find it quick, easy, and accurate, which is great. Plus, it's very useful and necessary for organizations to handle smooth business operations. I also anticipate the initial setup to be very easy.

It needs to improve on speed as it is lagging.

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how simple and reliable it is. The interface feels very userfriendly, so even beginners can join meetings, schedule calls, or share their screen easily and without confusion.

While Zoom Workplace is very useful, it does have a few drawbacks. One common issue is that it can consume a lot of internet data and system resources, which can sometimes lead to lag or poor performance, especially on low-end devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace mainly solves communication and collaboration challenges in remote and hybrid environments. In the past, people often had to rely on in person meetings or juggle multiple separate tools for chatting, calling, and sharing files. Zoom brings these features together in one platform, which makes work and learning much easier and more streamlined.
Versatile but Bandwidth-Heavy for International Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its ability to allow the team to share screens and participate more effectively. It's convenient for collaboration and offers features like changing backgrounds and integrating AI to assist with responses. The AI integration is quite interesting as it allows you to take notes and respond to questions, which helps in interacting with other team members. I find these features, like screen sharing where I can do live coding, pretty interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. Because it consume a lot of bandwidth. And that can be a challenge for people overseas. Especially in the region, like, it doesn't have good Internet. So that's a little challenge that we have. And also the price. Right? It's not free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to interact with people across different regions, enabling video conferences with team members globally. It allows screen sharing, background changes, AI integration, and enhances collaboration with its convenient features.
Easy Setup and Simple to Use—Reduced Training Time
What do you like best about the product?
When COVID came around, Zoom Workplace helped our business by being easy to install and set up, and it was simple to use. That cut down the time we needed for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace eventually became a disaster for our team. It wouldn’t integrate with some of the programs we were using, and it never connected to our Apple Calendar—everything had to be Google-based. The final straw was not being able to use our own company email. On top of that, some of the newer features felt useless, and many times our meetings were low pixel and the audio kept breaking up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m no longer using this product unless my doctor’s office sends me a shared link. Over time, we replaced this platform by simply using Microsoft Teams for chat and video instead.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its difficult to capture meeting minutes from the recording and transcript. It would be great if it allows exporting meeting minutes in various formats like PowerPoint slides or pdfs with pictorial representations as well.

I appreciate the transcript feature of Zoom Workplace, which allows me to step away from long meetings and still catch up on everything that happened by reading the transcript. The initial setup was very easy.

Facilitates Seamless Meetings with Some Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to record meetings, which helps with note-taking and referencing later. Sharing screens is a great feature because it allows participants to see what the presenter is talking about. I really appreciate that Zoom Workplace can facilitate multiple people joining the conference at the same time, expanding the capability for interstate meetings. The initial setup was relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quality of the videos will drop or lag when the internet connection is not the best despite the internet working for other apps. The interface can be confusing to use as it can be challenging to find how to record, share screen, read or make comments, as well as minimizing the screens during presentations so they don't get in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace lets me have multiple people join from different locations, record meetings for later reference, and share screens so participants can see the presenter's material.
