What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a standard video conferencing program with a number of sophisticated capabilities.Up to 100 individuals can participate in video conferences with it. It offers a wide variety of accessibility choices and allows you to engage with a significant portion of your audience on a single page. I noticed during Covid this app was very useful for the students, employee etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can create security issues and also alleged chinese government data hacked issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom connects too many people to chat with each other at once and also leads video conferencing.I saw how much this app was used during Covid and how beneficial it was. It is a popular cloud-based video conferencing service that enables users to virtually communicate with others via audio or video calls. Businesses primarily utilise this software to have different meetings indoors. Reaching out to foreign clients and setting up meetings with them is greatly aided by this.

What do you like best about the product?
Yes, I use Zoom every day for our meetings, and it works just perfectly. You can change the tools and make it faster. Also, you can use the settings of your meetings and change them at the same time that you are on a meeting. This is useful because this way you remain connected, and you can be working or changing a background
What do you dislike about the product?
Well some sometimes Zoom makes some updates, and you need to get out of the meeting to solve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the meetings are totally on Zoom, so you can focus on the meeting and do not worry if you know the passcode, because on Zoom you can choose if you know it or not. This is so useful because you can create a meeting without worrying if someone can join with a passcode

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its clear audio and control over participants, like deciding who can join or speak, and the ability to place them in a lobby. These features make it stand out from other platforms. It's valuable for me during interviews or meetings because of this full control. Also, I find the setup very easy. You just download the app, register yourself and your team, and you're good to go. It's a very good platform. Plus, I appreciate that it provides free virtual meetings for forty to forty-five minutes with up to 100 participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best thing that it is best if you increase the Zoom call time. Means, basically, I think it is around fifty minute or sixty minute for free. But if you increase it to around two hours, then it is a best platform that is available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of face-to-face meetings by providing a virtual platform, allowing me to host meetings with up to 100 participants for 40 to 45 minutes without cost. It's great for discussing and confirming criteria without meeting in person.

I like how easy it is to use. very convenient for online meetings especially when its difficult to find time to meet in person. the tools and plugins are also very easy to use.

sometimes, if the host has bad connection, the whole meeting will be bad.

ease of collaboration. especially during meetings and the host is able to screenshare and use the whiteboard feature

It is a tool that I use very frequently in my work.

I consider that sometimes it consumes more resources than expected on the computer, which causes slight delays when I have other applications open. Also, some advanced features are a bit hidden in the interface; you must make several clicks to reach them.

Facilitate communication with people who work remotely or in other locations. Reduce coordination times, allow quick meetings without relying on travel, and improve collaboration by sharing screens or materials in real time.
