What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use for everyone because everybody's familiar with it. I also value the calendar feature and how easy it is to send links. The integration with our calendar is very good.

Makes Remote Work Effortless with Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its ability to facilitate meaningful conversations and important meetings without having to meet in person. You don't need a subscription to open an account or to set up a meeting, and the first 45 minutes are free of charge. I appreciate being able to change and edit my profile name and picture as I like. I enjoy the integration with my Gmail account, which directly links my Gmail calendar with my schedule on Zoom, organizing my meetings according to my calendar. This feature helps streamline my work timetable as I don't have to move from one platform to another to set reminders, and they synchronize. The initial setup was pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sharing a screen and talking over the screen to an online audience, it is difficult to see the audience while doing so. If the microphone can automatically turn off after 60 seconds of no speaking, because some speakers forget to turn off their microphone, and background noises interfere when others are speaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes working from home easier and streamlines my work timetable by syncing with my Gmail and calendar, avoiding the need to switch between platforms.
Easy Setup and Use, But Needs Performance Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace makes it easy for anyone to join meetings and classes, even kids, because it's very easy to use. I also appreciate the chat feature, as it allows us to chat with friends while attending meetings. The initial setup was very easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hangs sometimes and auto closes. I think it can be improved.

During rain, we can join classes from home. Anyone can join meetings, and it's very easy to use, even for kids.

Breakout Rooms Make Meetings Effortless and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The Breakout rooms feature is the best option for having private conversations during a meeting. It also makes it easier to manage multiple discussions that each have a different focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meetings are not truly end-to-end encrypted, as both third parties and Zoom itself can access the meeting content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, I really appreciate how Zoom Workplace addresses the issue of fragmentation. It allows you to hold meetings, chat, make calls, and handle various other tasks all in one place, eliminating the need to depend on multiple separate apps.
Effortless to Use with Impressive AI Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
I love that It is easy to use, simple to interact with and love the AI note taking functions
What do you dislike about the product?
It can update ALOT, sometimes when you prefer it doesnt, clients say it can be frustration experience if you are not logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to connect with our teams and clients in a meaningful way without too much distraction from tools and features.
Easy to Use, Hard to Remember where certain Functions are
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. I do not use it as much as Microsoft Teams, but it's easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally forget how to "share" your screen at times. Some of the placement of things I would move around.

It's easy to use for my IT department

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that you dont have to have an account which makes it easier to host meetings with many people at once. And I particularly love the presenting feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides so far, ZOOM workplace is super easy to use.

It makes meetings so much smoother.
