What is our primary use case?
Zoom Workplace Business is used primarily for global meetings. We use Zoom Workplace Business for meetings with overseas companies and also for meetings with domestic companies.
What is most valuable?
The best feature in Zoom Workplace Business is the stability of the audio. The audio remains connected without any interruptions over Wi-Fi. Additionally, there is the recently added transcription feature, which provides specific benefits. During English-language meetings, when it is difficult to catch what is being said, I can read the English text, which makes it much easier to understand.
Zoom Workplace Business has a positive impact on our company in terms of video functionality. We hardly ever use video, but we use it when sharing PowerPoint presentations. Sharing PowerPoint has changed work efficiency and communication, as there is a significant advantage in being able to have conversations based on the same document.
What needs improvement?
I would like the price to be a bit lower. Besides pricing, there are no other points I would like to see improved.

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple features integrated into the app are useful, even if you’re on the basic plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of the Basic plan feels too short. A 1-hour duration would be more ideal.

Zoom helps multiple organizations by adding real value to their productivity, and it saves the lives of many professionals like me. Before and during COVID-19, Zoom became a daily partner in my professional life. Honestly, I think it’s the best.
Widely Recognized, Needs App for Full Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace easy for meetings because everyone knows Zoom, especially since 2020. I appreciate the background effects feature and the new AI feature that provides summaries and helps with meetings. I also value the ability to record meetings. It's widely available and known, which made switching from Google Meet to Zoom easy for us. The initial setup was pretty easy too; you just log in, pay, and you're ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that most features need the app to download. Maybe if you're using it from a web browser, it's not as useful. Sometimes it takes a while to load. And it's heavy in resources, especially using Linux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for home office meetings, and it helps with background effects and AI summaries. It's easy to conduct meetings since everyone knows Zoom, though using the app is needed for full benefits.

I like you, workplace best for it seamless video and audio quality during customer service calls which helps me connect clearly with the client even on spotty internet. The intuitive interface and easy screen sharing make it simple to demonstrate processes or share notes in real time. Team huddle are genpact. Breakout room are also a stand out for handling multiple customer queries without chaos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional connectivity, glitches during peak hours, disrupt customer calls and the free version limit meeting times too much for extended Genpact shifts.

Zoom workplace solve the challenge of coordinating remote customer service interactions at Genpact by enabling reliable video calls screen sharing and real-time collaboration for handling client queries efficiently. This benefits me by reducing miss communication during hybrid shifts, speeding up issue resolution and improving client satisfaction through clear demonstration and team huddle.

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place. It makes communication very smooth through video meetings, chat, and file sharing, which helps save time and stay organized. I also find it very reliable and easy to use, even for long sessions or team collaboration. Features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms make it especially helpful for training, coaching, and group work.

overwhelming with too many features, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to get used to everything.
Also, occasional connection or audio issues can interrupt meetings, which can be frustrating, especially during important discussions. Another downside is that long meetings can feel tiring, especially when you have several sessions back-to-back.

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of communication gaps, especially when teams are working remotely or in different locations. Instead of relying on long emails or delayed responses, it allows instant meetings, quick discussions, and real-time collaboration.

Freedom to Connect from Anywhere

I really like the ability to join a call from anywhere, even while driving, which means I'm not tied to my desk anymore and can work from places like the gym. It’s also great that I don’t have to worry about whether the call will be recorded or not. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was pretty easy too.

I think being able to see the call while driving would've been better, especially when the other person is sharing their screen.

I use Zoom Workplace to take work calls from anywhere, even while driving or at the gym. It unties me from my desk, and I don't worry about call recordings.
The most reliable tool for online learning and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive thing about Zoom is its connection stability. Even when I’m on a slightly weak mobile data plan, the video doesn't lag much. As a student, the screen sharing and the 'Whiteboard' features are incredibly helpful for group projects. It just makes collaborating feel very natural, almost like we are in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute time limit on the free version is the only major headache during long study sessions. Also, the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered with too many icons, which takes a moment to navigate if you're in a hurry to join a meeting. It also consumes quite a bit of battery on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has completely removed the need for physical travel for my coaching and group studies. I can now connect with my classmates from different cities instantly. Being able to record the sessions is a huge bonus, as it helps me go back and review complex topics before my exams.
