What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop solution for all enterprise level needs including meetings, calls, whiteboards, rooms, surveys that help people collaborate better and increase productivity. It also includes mailing and calender to help assist with scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has security bugs due to which a lot of people including many clients switched away from it hence external collaboration sometimes becomes difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping employee collaborate better through the platform as it helps in end to end management of meetings, conferences by providing all assitence right from scheduling, mails, invites, task planning, whiteboarding, meeting notes generations, trasncripts, workspace reservation and finally providing great meeting experiences
Great for Candidate Meetings, But Connectivity Can Lag
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an excellent tool for meeting and getting to know potential hires. It makes the process of connecting with candidates much easier and more personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connections are slow, and loading times between sessions take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure, but it feels like nothing has really changed—there don't seem to be any updates.

What I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is the smoothness and reliability of its meetings. The audio and video quality are consistently strong, and joining or hosting a meeting is straightforward, with minimal setup required. I also value having everything centralized—chat, meetings, scheduling, and collaboration tools—which helps keep things organized. Overall, it really simplifies daily communication.

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of staying connected with teams, especially when everyone isn’t in the same location. It makes meetings, chats, and collaboration easy to manage in one place. I don’t have to switch between different tools just to communicate, and it keeps everything organized. Overall, it helps me stay in sync with my team and makes remote collaboration a lot smoother.
Efficient, Light, and User-Friendly for Online Classes
What do you like best about the product?
I like almost everything about Zoom Workplace. It takes less memory, which means it runs easily on low-end laptops or PCs. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomBombers make meetings a bad experience.

I use Zoom Workplace for my online class. It solves the issue of Zoombombers and runs easily on a low-end laptop or PC as it takes less memory.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to sync with other apps in order to show your availability or automatically send through after a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when they roll out their updates, the updates don't actually help or can make it run slowly.

Being able to meet clients virtually instead of in person. This allows us to connect to more people.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Zoom Workplace. It's as simple as clicking a link or entering a login ID, and it lets me access all the tools quickly, from mute/camera buttons to interactive emojis. I also love that you can change your background to whatever you want for privacy during meetings on camera. The initial setup was super quick, taking less than 5 minutes to get everything ready and create an account. It's really convenient to create meetings and send links to entire teams with a scheduled time and date.

I appreciate how effortless it is to join meetings and share my screen. The interface is straightforward, and the platform runs smoothly, even when there are many participants. It really helps make online communication fast and reliable.

At times, the audio unexpectedly cuts out or the connection drops, even though my internet connection is stable. Updates tend to take a while to install, and moving between different features can be somewhat sluggish.

Zoom Workplace allows me to manage remote communication smoothly and without delays. It simplifies connecting with colleagues who are in different locations, enables me to share updates promptly, and helps keep projects progressing even when our schedules don’t align. This not only saves time but also lessens the need for in-person meetings, making my work more organized and efficient overall.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its overall reliability and ease of use. The platform is incredibly intuitive, even for non-technical users, and meetings can be joined with just a single click. The video and audio quality are consistently stable, even in environments with average bandwidth. I also appreciate the seamless integration of different tools—chat, meetings, phone, whiteboard, and calendars—into a single unified workspace. This reduces the need to switch between multiple applications and significantly improves productivity. The AI Meeting Assistant is another strong point, providing accurate meeting summaries and action items that save a lot of time during follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace performs very well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The desktop client still feels slightly heavy during long sessions, especially when running multiple features like whiteboards and screen sharing simultaneously. Some advanced admin settings are also buried behind several menus, making them harder to find for first-time administrators. Additionally, integrations with certain third-party enterprise tools sometimes require additional configuration steps that aren’t always well documented. Pricing for some add-on features could be more competitive compared to other UCaaS platforms.
