Effortless Collaboration with Reliable Quality

What do you like best about the product?
I use both Google meet and Zoom, but personally, for me Zoo feels familiar and straightforward, I don’t have to spend time figuring things out. The video and audio quality are usually very reliable, and features like screen sharing, chat, and scheduling meetings are well integrated. It makes collaboration smooth, whether you’re in quick check-ins or longer meetings with a team
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like is that sometimes people forget to add the Zoom link when scheduling a meeting if they don’t select it as a Zoom meeting. This often leads to confusion and delays. If someone is setting up a meeting in Zoom, the meeting link should really be included by default so everyone can join easily without extra follow-ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving several key issues, mainly around remote collaboration. The main problem it addresses is the challenge of connecting teams in different locations. Whether it's for quick team check-ins, client calls, or long brainstorming sessions, Zoom makes it possible to meet face-to-face (virtually) with ease. It also tackles scheduling issues with calendar integrations, and its screen sharing and collaboration tools make it simple to work on documents together in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Audio quality

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The annotation pointer sometimes is non cordinated and takes time to reflect
2. New users struggle to find the share screen option
3. The browser app sometime lags when used in chrome

Helping to connect with customers across borders and take product demos via screen share sessions
Helps to connect with remote colleagues and edit docs using zoom docs with clear followup and action items that needs to be reviewed on the next call
Helps to track my schedule through calender

What do you like best about the product?
It's wonderful to have the opportunity to meet everyone at the same time. Additionally, the presence of optional settings adds to the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating when there are audio issues, but fortunately, that doesn't happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We come together to address and work towards resolving the issue of homelessness in America.

Outstanding Quality and Effortless Team Connections

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of connecting. The sound and picture quality is outstanding. It's easy to connect to all team members with a quick link. We use Zoom Workplace every month for our All Hands meetings and we can have over 150 people join with ease. Staff can use the chat feature and sent motions for clapping and thumbs up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say for disliking this software. I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently are not experiencing any problems with Zoom Workplace. We are very happy with the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very reliable, easy to use, and has good audio and video quality that works even when on an unstable internet connection. I love the fact that meetings, chat, screen sharing and recordings are all integrated into one simple platform. Even the Waiting room feature, it also great feature
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace generally performs well, certain advanced features are only available in the more expensive plans, which can be restrictive for smaller teams. Additionally, the desktop app sometimes needs updates that may disrupt workflow, although these interruptions are typically minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of reliable remote communication by providing a stable platform for meetings, collaboration, and screen sharing. It helps reduce delays, miscommunication, and dependency on multiple tools, allowing me to conduct client calls and internal discussions more efficiently and stay productive.

The network flexibility. I’ve never faced breakdown even during poor internet connection. It reduces the resolution and still provides a seamless meeting experience

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very easy to use and reliable for daily meetings. Joining meetings is fast, audio and video quality are usually stable, and screen sharing works smoothly. I like having chat, calendar, and meetings in one place, which helps keep work organized. It doesn’t require much setup and has worked well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel overwhelming or unnecessary for simple users, and the interface can feel crowded at times. Performance can slow down on older devices, especially during long meetings. Also, some useful features are locked behind paid plans, which can be limiting for small teams or individuals.

Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration issues by bringing meetings, chat, and scheduling into one platform.
