Reliable Tool for Daily Team Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly, even for those not tech-savvy. It offers good video and audio quality, along with easy meeting scheduling. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and a whiteboard enhance remote collaboration and integrate well with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the app may lag or freeze, particularly if the internet connection is weak. Additionally, the mobile app feels somewhat clumsier than the desktop version.

Zoom Workplace helps our team stay connected no matter where we’re working from. It solves the problem of remote communication by giving us a reliable platform for meetings, chats, and quick collaboration.

Meeting chats gets lost after the meeting, there should be a feature to secure the same

Helping me to instantly get on a meeting and capability to join from outside with just passcode and meeting ID

i like the fact that their many option while you on meeting and security is very good

I find the quickness is bit missing while creating a meeting

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me stay connected and efficient, especially when juggling multiple initiatives across departments. One of my favorite features is the recording function—it’s a lifesaver for reviewing action items, recapping missed meetings, or simply making sure no compliance detail slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be an easier way to integrate platforms with Zoom.

I like the ability to edit recordings for training purposes

What do you like best about the product?
My institution recently switched over to Zoom Workplace, and perhaps the most helpful aspect of it is the Zoom Phone. The transition was quick and easy, and it is immensely helpful to have the physical zoom phone, the option to connect it to the computer, and the app on my phone. Zoom's AI transcript is also very helpful when conducting interviews!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at this time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communications - the AI writing and meeting assistant frees up my focus when conducting interviews so that instead of worrying about capturing all that was said and taking notes, I can focus on the conversation and be more engaged.
Zoom is a light among the darkness of meeting apps.
What do you like best about the product?
It seems just seamless. The quality of the meetings are great, good video and audio fidelity. The noise canceling is perfect. It was setup very easily on my device and feeds data to all my other SaaS platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mostly dislike when others DO NOT use Zoom and I have to take a teams call. ;-)

The AI features have allowed me to reduce the amount of attention I have to divide from my calls for note taking.

What i like the most in Zoom is the connection you can have and all extensions it has for the user

Zoom is easy to use, quick to implement, and integrates well with our existing tools. We use it daily for meetings and webinars. It offers solid features, reliable performance, and responsive support when needed.

One small thing we don’t love about Zoom is how easily people can accidentally talk while muted—it happens often and can disrupt the flow of meetings. Otherwise, it works great for us!

IN a big pool of users it is difficult to share information but text option is best for it you can take an example of a class teacher is teaching a lesson and if someone have to ask question he/she can raise there hand through the option or tab and ask or can type a msg in chat box
