ZOOM An Virtual human connection.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy interface where a lame user can use it effectively and easily schedule meetings. Zoom is also quite easy to integrate with any 3rd party application. As a professional software engineer, life was not that easy without Zoom for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
A 45-min meeting for a free Zoom user is the only dislike about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Ease of establishing the meetings.
2. Quite easy to access the recordings and record the meetings to the cloud.
3. A brief note about the meeting is being directly send to meeting scheduler's mail and that helps to MOM.

The interface is very normal that's making it easy for both new and experienced users to navigate meetings, chats, and calls very easily.
Zoom provide smooth video and clear audio, even in large group settings.
Secure features like end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls, this application ensures secure communication, which is crucial for enterprise level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Features like screen sharing, file sharing, and meeting discussions, Zoom Workplace enhances real-time collaboration. This helps to reduces reliance on long email conversation.
Zoom workplace is integrated with calendar which reduce missed or overlapping meetings. Alerts and reminders helps me to remind each and every meeting.

It is very user friendly app , Easy to setup meetings , works even with the low network bandwidth as well

Its been 6 Years using zoom , I have not faced any challenges

As the features are more it needs a big audience. So not much useful for a small team or less people.

It is very useful for boosting productivity. Communication is very easy. It really helps in saving time and efforts.

Sometimes it can get a bit clunky with notifications or too many updates—it can be a bit distracting, breakout rooms can be a bit awkward or buggy sometimes.

It makes it way easier to stay connected with my team, keep projects moving, and cut down on endless email chains.
Great remote work software.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great remote work software - it integrates seamlessly with many apps, such as Google Calendar and Slack. You can also call and chat people directly within Zoom. Zoom also has great functionality for inviting people, vetting attendees outside of your org, breakout room, in-meeting chat, and AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, since I much prefer Zoom to Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing software.

Zoom allows our company to collaborate remotely, since we do not all work in the same physical location.

The perfect solution to business that are on the go but need to stay connected
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can meet with everyone while working remotely. It's great for classroom style experiences during training sessions. It's also great when we break off into individual groups.

Sometimes it's a little tricky for new people to use especially if they have bad lighting and need to alter the settings to fix this.
