Zoom - enhancing human interaction.
What do you like best about the product?
The multiple functionalities of Zoom allow one to accomplish different tasks without the need to change from one place to place or App to App.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Zoom is its ability to keep one in a place for long hours. The problem of online security was a major concern at the beginning but it is not anymore with the improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem that Zoom is solving is the problem of communicating with others without having to drive. It also saves drive time and mitigates the possibility of getting infected with COVID-19.
AI Companion Enhances Meeting Experience, But Needs Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI companion in Zoom Workplace quite useful, especially for its meeting summary feature. It really helps me get the main content of the meetings, which is great since I'm not a native English speaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really hope that the participants have the option to disable the chime or start the AI Companion or other host-only features. I find it very annoying when in big meetings and I'm not familiar with the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Zoom Workplace because our office has Zoom equipment. The AI companion helps me get the main content of meetings since I'm not a native English speaker.
User-Friendly, Easy Long-Distance Communication
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very helpful for communicating over long distances. The UI/UX is user-friendly, and overall it’s very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t integrate with Gmail, unlike Google Meet.

It helps us communicate effectively when working from home and when communicating with clients.

It’s simple to use, and the clarity is very good.

Nothing that I dislike. It is easy to set up appointments

I mostly use it for supervision meetings and staff meetings.
Flexible Remote Collaboration with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace helps me connect and work remotely with people, especially when people sit outside the organisation. It's flexible to allow a working space for prople from different offices and agencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be audio issues when multiple people are talking at the same time. It's easy to miss what one person is saying when others are also speaking.

Working with, meeting, or communicating with people outside the organisation. It's a reliable place to have a workspace that everyone can access and work in.
Seamless for Therapy, Appointments, and Meetings on the Go
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of logging on to Zoom Workplace and the great connection it provides, as it seems to always stay connected and runs very smoothly. It's also really convenient that Zoom works great on cellular data; I’m usually on the go without WiFi, and Zoom always works great on my mobile. The initial setup was very easy, which made starting to use it straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the time restrictions lifted for non-subscribers. I feel Zoom should increase or remove the 40 minute time limit to at least 1 hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace works great on cellular data, allowing me to stay connected smoothly anywhere, making it ideal for therapy, doctor's appointments, and legal meetings. The ease of logging on and its reliable connection are big pluses.

Zoom Workplace is Wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to coordinate and plan all of my meetings in one centralized interface and access/share recordings very easily. It also integrates very nicely into my Outlook for easy scheduling. The AI capabilities with notes is also industry leading in my view which helps to organize and consolidate from meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall like the tool a lot. The only item may be integration into some of the Office suite is a bit clunky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping communications and meetings be streamlined and ultimately helping to make the sales cycle easier and more streamlined for quicker close times.
Seamless Integration, Effortless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zoom Workplace integrates with my email, allowing me to set up calendar invites with my personal Zoom Workplace room already integrated. I love the way it connects my personal meeting room directly to my company and seamlessly integrates with my calendar so every invite I send automatically includes my personal meeting room. The integration with other platforms like Circle Back is also great, especially for the AI notetaking feature that joins all my meetings and keeps notes. The initial setup was very simple for our entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had the ability to allow other team members to start meetings in my personal meeting room, that would be great in case I can’t join a meeting that I have set up. Currently when I set up a meeting, I can’t have anyone else start that meeting if it’s on my personal meeting room. So if I’m unable to join the meeting, the meeting cannot be started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to easily set up meetings with internal team members and clients. Its integration with my email and calendar simplifies calendar invites and ensures my personal meeting room is automatically included. The Circle Back integration helps with AI notetaking during meetings.
Transformative Tool for Content Writers
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace was a game changer for my business. It helped me take notes and record meetings with clients, which I can refer to again and again. This feature gives me a better experience because I don't have to keep following up with clients, as I have all the data saved in my recordings. Using Zoom Workplace makes it very easy to conduct interviews with clients for content writing and digital marketing. I also appreciate that it's straightforward to set up on my MacBook; the app download process is very easy-peasy, without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see that in the free part, the intro of forty minutes can be increased to sixty minutes or maybe ninety minutes because, you know, people should experience Zoom, and I think forty minutes is not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace a game changer for my business, especially during COVID. It aids in client communication, lets me record sessions, and eliminates the need for constant follow-ups by allowing me to reference recordings anytime.
