Seamless Scheduling and Smart AI Features Make Zoom a Standout
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to sync both my calendar and contacts, which makes it easy to manage all my meetings and receive helpful summaries. I also enjoy the AI features, and I like that I can make phone calls with a well-organized call history.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think of any drawbacks, as Zoom has proven to be an excellent tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers features like calendar management, calls, meetings, recordings, as well as AI-generated summaries and assistance.
Effortless Meetings, User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I think Zoom Workplace is quite easy to use and very user-friendly. I really like that anybody can navigate through it within the first use. I appreciate the three modes of viewing, like splitting the screen or tiling them even when there are, like, 50 people. Those features are really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mute and unmute option can be a little highlighted because sometimes, often, when we speak, we forget that it's on mute mode. If there was a button to highlight that, we could easily unmute next time so that it draws some attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for networking, connecting with people, and conducting work meetings efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and the user interface is great. You can record meeting and use their AI tool to summarize meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be a bit laggy but that is the only downside I've experienced.

Seamless Collaboration with AI-Driven Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to discuss with my team virtually and using AI to transcript our discussions for memorization. The chat feature is helpful to jot down notes without interrupting a coworker who is speaking. I find it valuable as I am able to focus on my discussion and my personal train of thought without having to worry about forgetting valuable information that was shared by others during the meeting. The setup was quick and painless and much easier than what I've heard of products such as Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were ways to temporarily divide into breakout rooms for quicker periods of time to interject to another coworker for a brief few seconds, that could help with the process of making it feel realistic as if you are all really in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps us collaborate on projects and manage our company effectively. The AI transcription feature lets me focus on discussions without worrying about forgetting important details. The chat feature allows for note-taking without interrupting conversations.

Essential and Familiar Video Conferencing for Seamless Remote Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's a video conferencing tool that everyone is familiar with and is important when we can't meet in person for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to keep the version up to date or you may not be able to join the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have staff in various locations and Zoom allows us to meet regardless of where we are. We are able to be productive without having to drive into the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to meet with my customers and share my screen to assist them with any questions or issues they might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints whatsoever. I truly love everything about it.

Having the ability to view my customers' accounts makes it much easier to guide them through any issues or assist with their workflows.
Perfect Tool for Business Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace to host Zooms for business, particularly for 1 on 1 sessions. I find it to be an easy way to manage communication within my business. I really like the group calls and 1 on 1 chats, it just covers everything I need. It's great for business, and I genuinely love it. The initial setup was easy, and I would definitely recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.
