Zoom Makes Video Conferencing Easy with Screen Sharing and Recording
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to video conference. It allows screen sharing and is capable to record as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced with Zoom is that it sometimes freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a non-profit with a Board od Directors, Zoom makes it easy for our directors to attend the meetings from various locations since matching everyone's schedules is not always an easy task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we’re no longer required to take notes manually. The summaries are consistently very precise, and they automatically capture the key decisions along with specific action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frequently mentioned drawback is the 40-minute limit on free meetings. For teams or educators, this often means having to restart in the middle of a discussion, which interrupts the flow and makes collaboration feel less seamless.

Zoom Workplace is designed to solve the problem of "fragmented collaboration"—the inefficiency caused by switching between multiple separate apps for meetings, chat, documents, and scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a great free application for smaller meeting needs, along with collaboration. Only thing I had a hard time figuring out was how to cancel a meeting or change the meeting date-time.

Effortless Meetings, Needs Stability at High Load
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for my work meetings and appreciate the privacy and instant connection it provides with my coworkers. One feature I particularly like is the ability to receive a summary of the interaction, including participant details and a complete record of the meeting, which is sent via email after the meeting concludes. This feature saves me a lot of time because it highlights the most important points discussed without requiring me to rewatch the entire session. Additionally, seeing the list of participants helps enhance accountability. The initial setup was very straightforward; I simply logged in using my company credentials. Zoom is also seamlessly integrated with my Assembled and Google Calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when a meeting has many participants with their cameras on, it can get laggy, and I may experience disconnections or freezing during the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace guarantees privacy and allows instant connections with coworkers. I appreciate the meeting summary feature, which saves time by highlighting important details without needing to rewatch the meeting and lists participants for accountability.

I think zoom workplace allows for accurate contact pulls and offers a clean and streamlined platform to work with accuracy.

I think at times there can be some trouble shooting and double checking of information to make sure things were pulled correctly.

Seamless Virtual Meetings, Easily Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using Zoom Workplace and how it can be set up. It's really helpful how I can get multiple people on at one time and still get that face-to-face feeling even though we're not in the same room. It allows me to have face-to-face meetings and conversations, which helps in understanding what someone is trying to communicate better, and it feels like I'm actually having a meeting. It's also valuable because it helps facilitate a back-and-forth conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are multiple participants, you can't see everyone at one time. If you don't choose the right feature, it can spotlight someone when they're talking when you don't want that to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for face-to-face meetings and conversations, preventing messages from being misconstrued over email or text.

Ability to easily connect with team members.

Sometimes it feels quite slow. For example, when I click on a link, it can take a while to open.

I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its stable connection and easy communication during my meetings and seminars. I like the easy setup and quick launch, which make it straightforward to start a session and share the invitation link. The calendar integration is also a great feature, as I can launch meetings directly from the calendar, making the scheduling process really smooth. Overall, it's easy to use and fits well with tools like Outlook.

Zoom Workplace provides a stable connection and easy communication, along with an easy setup and quick launch. It integrates with my calendar, allowing direct launches.
Zoom Workspace’s AI Companions Summaries Save Me 20 Minutes After Every Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Companions summary feature in Zoom Workspace. It saves me around 20 minutes of admin work after every departmental sync, because I no longer have to manually type out action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the all-in-one approach, the interface is starting to feel a bit crowded. I’d really like a Lite Mode for days when I just need to focus on calls, without all the extra tabs competing for attention. The AI summaries are helpful overall, but they occasionally struggle with technical industry terms, so I still need to do a quick manual edit now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Zoom Workplace solves for me is meeting friction. Before, I spent hours every week summarizing calls and chasing down action items. Now, the AI Companion does about 90% of that work instantly. It’s also significantly reduced my app fatigue: being able to pull up a Zoom Doc or a Whiteboard directly inside the meeting window keeps the team focused on the task, instead of hunting for links across other apps. Overall, it turns a video call into a productive work session.
