What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Insider is its ability to seamlessly integrate with existing systems, providing a centralized platform for customer engagement and personalized marketing. The user-friendly interface and powerful segmentation tools have made it easier to tailor campaigns based on real-time customer behavior, which has significantly enhanced the overall customer experience. The platform's ability to track and measure campaign performance also helps in making data-driven decisions, leading to improved ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges with Insider is the learning curve associated with some of its more advanced features. While the platform is highly powerful, it can take some time to fully grasp the deeper functionalities, especially for users without a technical background. Additionally, the pricing structure may not be suitable for smaller businesses, as the comprehensive features come at a higher cost.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider supports us with requests related to our website, making it easier to upload popups, and updates and even provides detailed plans for what can be done for enhanced website performance and customer support/tracking.
Innovative tool full of features, though with a hefty price tag
What do you like best about the product?
We like in particular how the tool has been designed, all the features it offers and its ease of use. Insider really is the tool for marketeers in medium/big-sized companies who want to run web campaigns without any further need to reach out to their IT department. Also great is the guidance you get from the support team to get your campaigns up & running.
What do you dislike about the product?
During initial onboarding we did not feel the exacts needs of our website were being met, with incomplete site mapping and technical errors for conversion tracking. Also, some CSM's could think more from the perspective of the company they are advising, and prepare personalized suggestions to increase the performance of their Insider campaigns (next to suggesting new campaign ideas).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to reach out to our web builder to implement some website A/B-tests and personalisations.
We managed to increase user engagement immediately this summer with the help of Websuite and Smart R
What do you like best about the product?
The templates on Web suite made our design process very simple and we were able to create visually appealing campaigns across devices, keeping the integrity of the brand and maintaining consistency. We also experimented with the templates on Instory and were able to create engaging content very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced features may be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our engagement levels were inconsistent and customers also complained about not being able to find products easily. But as soon as we adopted Insider’s tools, we were able to increase engagement, thanks to the visually appealing content and the smart recommendations. We were able to streamline the customer journey and entice them to finish the buying cycle.

Web Suite for its ability to run easy pop-up campaigns.
We make good use of Architect’s pre-built templates because it enables us to launch and activate campaigns quickly. We save these as custom templates and then use different versions of it later

What do you dislike about the product?
We faced some minor issues with data migration in the beginning but Insider's onboarding team helped us get it done. It would have been helpful if it was done faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting new customers onboarded was a challenge. Also, making our existing and target customers aware of the various profitable schemes we offer was a challenge. Insider’s Web and App products helped us encourage discovery when users were logging and with SMS and Email we re-engaged users when they failed to transact. With all these products together, we overcame these major challenges and made customer acquisition a breeze.

Insider is a powerful tool I use to improve customer experience and boost conversions. It lets me deliver personalized content based on user behavior, building a stronger connection with each customer. I can create targeted campaigns for specific customer segments, making my marketing more effective. Through multiple channels like email, web push, and SMS, I stay engaged with customers across all touchpoints. With A/B testing and behavior analytics, I optimize conversion rates and track campaign performance with detailed reports to refine my strategy. In short, Insider helps me enhance both customer satisfaction and sales conversions.

There isn’t anything I dislike. I am happy with Insider

Insider provides effective solutions to some of the key challenges I face in digital marketing. For example, if my conversion rates are low, it helps me boost them with personalized content and A/B testing. By enabling better analysis in customer segmentation, I can create more targeted and effective campaigns for my audience.

Insider is an easy-to-use tool that helps us set up different campaigns to meet our objectives. The platform allows us to perform A/B testing, and thus adjust our campaigns to maximize our results. We use the tool daily, and the support team is always available to assist us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We see few drawbacks to using the Insider platform. The only annoyance might be that the platform is mainly in English, but getting started remains easy. Similarly, we sometimes encounter difficulties with certain campaigns, but the support team's assistance helps us quickly resolve them.

Insider primarily allows us to easily set up campaigns without going through development with our integrator. This way, we can quickly get feedback on our campaigns, analyze them, and adjust them to maximize their results. Insider also helps us personalize our messages according to our targets.

New at market, and many features new improvement. Also, the reports module need to be improved with more detailed data.

I like that some parts are easy to use and give you plenty of methods to reach the customer. The team also helps us a lot, they are always attentive to everything that happens to us.

There are times when it is a bit slow. And for some simple things you need the technical team.

It helps me in the creation of content for my company, in the part of all the communication with the client.

Support in daily life is not always immediate, and sometimes we have difficulties solving a problem or clearing up doubts. It would be ideal to have a responsible customer service, with easy and direct access, to ensure faster service.

We have not yet completely finished the project, as the integration of physical store customers is still pending. However, we are already able to work on the journeys of e-commerce customers, as well as monitor the conversion of the actions taken.
