What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics/reporting can be more user friendly.For example, as of now, Architect analytics only allow me to export 1 Goal and 1 Report type at one time. Would be great if there's different layers to choose when exporting reports & have them in 1 file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about the product?
Manually defining every custom attribute was a hassle. An automated process would’ve made it easier.

We were looking to increase conversions through personalized recommendations on mobile category page. Smart Recommender allowed us to suggest relevant products at every touchpoint for customers, while Eureka’s AI-driven segmentation helped us hyper-target audience and send tailored offers to high-intent users. Some documentation of more technical processes does not reflect the actual steps, which can cause confusion. Many of these processes are more complex than they appear.

I like the interface, I like how things seem simple and interactive. It has a good amount of features that work in real-time with the data. Regarding data organization, it also meets expectations, in addition to having good support teams for features and bugs.

Historical data can be a problem, it requires a development team to integrate, it requires a very good data structuring team to organize the data within the tool.

For us, coordinating multi-touch point app push was rigorous in the beginning, but after optimization, it was seamless.

Our customers interacted with us on multiple channels, but their experiences were disconnected. With Insider’s help, we were able to build fluid cross-channel journeys by integrating Architect, App Push Customers now receive targeted messages and personalized web content that aligns with their recent interactions.
