What do you like best about the product?
I really like all the possibilities Insider offers us, in terms of automated and personalized communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have some issues with functions that don't work on the first try
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider, we managed to solve some problems in our communication process. We also started sending messages through other channels, like WhatsApp, SMS and Web Push. This helps us reach our target audience more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider platform offers a variety of features that facilitate the management of marketing campaigns, customer communication, and task automation. We use the tool daily to monitor and manage the company's campaigns. Customer support is efficient and always assists in identifying new situations, providing clear guidance at each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
The language limitation is one of the main difficulties, as both the training materials and the system and support during onboarding were offered in English. This barrier compromised the implementation, causing rework and impacts on the project schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
The company is very supportive in what we need, they strive to deliver the features we request, regardless of the complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The investment value is quite high for the size of the company.

Insider supports us in communication with the client, via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and WebPush. It also allows for personalization and A/B testing on our site.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm satisfied with their service. The team handled the issue quite quickly and didn’t hesitate to give clear guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's quite difficult to set the campaign, or a survey. Especially for the logic, and time for testing, we need to wait for 5 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We analyze consumer behavior to tailor our offerings in line with their preferences and routines, while continuously working to identify and acquire quality leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers robust personalization capabilities, especially in audience segmentation and cross-channel journey orchestration. The interface is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate. Features like AI-powered recommendations and the journey builder help create more dynamic and relevant campaigns tailored to each user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations require fairly technical configurations, and the documentation can be lacking in detail for more complex cases. Performance improvements and more structured implementation guides would be very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service team is really helpful and the platform is really easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot of A/B testing possible, although I know this is coming soon.
There's sometimes some technical issues where pushes won't work as expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider help us automate, track and create browser notifications for our customers, which help us boost engagement and overall sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Our website optimisation has become more efficient as Insider enables us to A/B testing new functionalities and ideas before they go into development.

The platform has also empowered our team, particularly new members to be more creative and feel confident in testing their ideas. We also have a great account manager who has been supportive from the start, building out a testing framework based on our KPIs and working through the results with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great to get more focused platform training at the start but the team have since set this up which has been good. Some of the templates feel more suited to more 'playful' branded sites, however it doesn't mean you can't achieve the 'premium' feel - it sometimes just requires some more editing within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving on development costs, encourage team creativity, bringing in a test and learn approach to the business and putting data at the heart of decision-making.
