A marketing intelligence tool in daily life
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease that the tool offers for segmenting databases, creating journeys, and clustering customers. It's practical to have, in one place, multiple sending functions, layout options, and customer interaction dynamics, in addition to having integrated recommendation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tool that still presents considerable difficulty in alternating triggers, which ends up causing drops in deliveries to the client. We also face obstacles in creating new attributes and in using the attribute field in journey dynamics, which somewhat limits the platform's flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing to reach and serve customer groups in an increasingly intelligent way, using segmented databases according to purchasing behavior. This is something we now have with Insider, and it was a problem with the tools we used previously.

What do you like best about the product?
From a marketing perspective, we chose Insider as our main communication platform because it allowed us to deploy an easy-to-use solution across 17 countries, ensuring compliance with various data privacy laws while integrating information from multiple sources.
Our IT department sought a platform that could be implemented smoothly, offered robust data security, provided the necessary integration features, and was adaptable for future needs.
We are fortunate to have a dedicated team supporting our efforts, who truly understand our goals and requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
Insider's primary area of activity is e-commerce, and many of its features are clearly designed with e-commerce in mind, which is understandable. Since we use it for a non-profit education application, we sometimes need to think creatively to adapt these features to our needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Communication: We use Insider to communicate with our contacts in several lifecycle stages in both B2C (prospect, applicant, alumni) and B2B (funders, employers, supporters, etc.).
* Data Integration: Insider allows us to create a single contact database with data flowing from multiple sources. Their CDP functionality allows our data to be centralized effectively without draining resources from our current IT area.
*Multi-Channel platform: We have communication automations that incorporate Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, allowing us to be as close as possible to where our contact is. We are also testing other channels, such as web push, exploring their effectiveness with our audience.
* Personalization: We are exploring Insider functionalities to A/B test our web properties to increase conversions and improve customer engagement.

A very good tool, but the integration demands some effort
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's a powerfull tool to communicate with my customer, and provides us with eficient segmentation and triggers, that, if well used, can improve significantly our convertion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation is not so easy. Even though it's a standard integration, I think that if they provided better support it would be easier for customers that are not previously experienced in similar tools. Also, I think their platform is too focused in e-commerces, and due to that, they miss some customization features or triggers that could improve the experience for businesses that are not traditional e-commerces, wich is my case.

It provides me with tools to enhance the client journey within my app, and allows me to build the app as a marketing campaign channel whitout the need of a developer to assist me

While Insider meets most of our expectations, some features for specific products, particularly for optimization at scale, could be further fine-tuned. The positive aspect is that Insider’s team actively listens, takes this feedback back to the product team, and frequently introduces updates aligned with customer needs.

The integration took some time to adapt, but today everything is going very well.
What do you like best about the product?
The follow-up with our CSM is very good because Elisa is very responsive and answers our questions well. The dashboard is intuitive and the entire Analytics section is quite clear. The support section on Zen desk is also very responsive and helpful, they allow us to quickly move forward with issues when we are stuck.

Improve the email marketing templates, plus integrate AI into the creation of emails

Team are great, engaged and quick to respond to any questions and regular weekly WIP’s. Constantly innovating and reacting to market trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is limited and can be challenging. Would like a forum where global results are shared and a more proactive approach in how to drive product recommendations even harder.
