Boost in retaining customers using Insider
What do you like best about the product?
The simple method of communicating with clients was through personalized and timely messages. Insider's capabilities made it easy to achieve this, while seamless integration with our other platforms allowed us to track user journeys effectively. As a result we saw a significant boost in our AOV.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered quite a few technical issues when starting with Insider, but once we got the hang of it, it was easy and we now appreciate their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart recommender enables us to provide customized recommendations to each customer. The web suite allows seamless campaign personalization and engagement across both mobile and web Insider has helped us achieve a 2X growth in sales.

The interface is very easy to use, and the customer support is truly outstanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has a solid roadmap aimed at improving the platform, and they regularly hold internal hackathons to encourage innovation. The new features they plan are promising, and these updates are delivered relatively quickly.
Their ability to offer global coverage with localized customer support makes them a strong choice for large, international enterprises.
The onboarding team is highly dedicated to each account, ensuring the process and adaptation are as smooth as possible. Personally, I appreciate the AI chatbot within Insider Academy, as it provides excellent answers to questions about Insider's implementation or day-to-day operations.

Because our business has unique characteristics, we needed to consider some degree of customization. However, Insider responded quickly and was very helpful in designing a solution for us. We were able to either request customizations or suggest new features to be added to the Insider Roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage operations across more than 45 different markets, with some marketing teams responsible for several markets. Our goal is to maintain regional-level operations while still gaining insights on a global scale. Insider has addressed this need by offering separate instances for each region yet also providing a unified global insights dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a full suite of products in one platform that can all work together is a game changer. It allows us to optimize our channel mix based on customer data and preferences, increasing engagement and improving customer experience.
Our onboarding and customer success teams have been incredibly helpful. They've been proactive partners that are essentially part of our internal team, helping with strategy, analysis, and execution.
They have also been very receptive and fast to make product improvements based on our feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the products have different UI/setup/capabilities as they're being developed independently. They still are able to work together, but it can make some aspects of campaign creation a little confusing. The audience analytics platform is a new product that is improving, but it currently leaves a little to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has brought all of our owned channels together and enhanced our ability to collect and utilize customer data for better personalization and effectiveness. We also now have many new tools at our disposal for on-site personalization that were previously not possible. By unifying our data and opening up new channels, we've been able to increase channel performance, improve operational efficiency, and reach customers that were previously unreachable.

At times, I find the sheer number of features a bit overwhelming. I also feel that accessibility could be improved, especially for tools like recommenders and templates. Using these often means I need to reach out for technical support.

Insider serves as an all-in-one solution for our business, supporting a variety of our data and ecommerce requirements. Since implementing it, we have observed a positive impact on revenue and across several key performance indicators.

This platform truly stands out as best-in-class for marketing automation, and I appreciate how it is continually being improved and developed further.

At times, it can take longer to address certain needs, especially since our company operates in a more niche area within the e-commerce space.

Insider's CDP brings together data from various sources, which allows us to deliver personalized campaigns.
Exceptional Targeting and Segmentation for Complex User Bases
What do you like best about the product?
The real added value of this platform is the detailed targeting and segmentation. Even with a complex user base, Insider makes it possible to target the right users with the right content. That is something we didn't find in other platforms.

Because of the high number of features and possibilities, it is sometimes more complex and technical to 1) get the right data to appear in Insider and 2) understand how you can build your campaign in the most optimal way.

Ultimately, cross-country cultural differences remain a significant challenge. Even when marketing needs are alike, the Insider platform can still result in communication gaps as marketing campaigns extend across various countries.

For businesses with little to no marketing data foundation or a weak one, Insider provides a quick way to get into digital outreach.
