Reduced hiccups in Customer Lifecycle progression quite a bit
What do you like best about the product?
With Insider’s Mobile-first Growth Management Platform, we were able to shorten the window for crucial decisions in the customer’s lifecycle in our favor, by quite a bit. Insider has a predictive AI engine that segments users based on their actions, locations, history, and browsing activity. This allowed us to pinpoint the crucial stages our customers were stuck at. We were able to act on them and made sure that the customer progressed to the next stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s an amazing platform with a lot of potential, but since it’s the first in its space, I felt that there could a lot of fine tuning that can make this product go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Insider directly left its mark on our customer lifecycle, we were able to see lower churns, and more customer engagement with us. We were able to make crucial business decisions and strategy calls based on the data Insider provided us as well as the campaigns we deployed using Insider.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is very simple to use and yet intuitive. You don’t need a team of developers to integrate the product into your stack. Within minutes Insider’s team does the job for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Personalized messaging and recommendation has proved to be very successful for us as we have been able to generate leads faster and easier. It has also boosted our conversion rates considerably.
What do you dislike about the product?
User Navigation could be improved further. Need an Idea center for starters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider we were able to successfully convert our one-time buyers to repeat buyers and build customer loyalty. This was majorly due to the hyper-personalized user targeting ability of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Best performing scenarios for ecommerce. Full support, implementation and day by day work on product - support for all ideas that we can create in this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more scenarios for desktop. We have too many ideas and not enough time to bring them to live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization, recommendations, webpushes, marketing automation... Benefits: AOV, Conversion Rate, Revenue - all of them on massive growth year by year.

Great Product, Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely user-friendly and has helped us deliver personalised rich push notifications in a strategic way. Customers respond to push messages more than ever and are more likely to use the offers we provide since we have incorporated Insider’s rich push notifications into our mobile marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team at Insider is extremely helpful and quick to respond to issues, however it would be great if there was a self-help guide to speed the process up at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have noticed a considerable increase in push open rates and more customers are responding to the offers we provide them with. It’s an impeccable tool!
Insider is a Complete Solution for Web and App Conversion Optimization.
What do you like best about the product?
The smart prompts that we have implemented through Insider (e.g. urgency messaging for low stock items, building credibility and signalling demand through social proof messaging of how many people have bought items before) have helped us to improve engagement and conversion rates. They also offer push formats that I had never seen before (carousel push, discovery push, push notification followed by dedicated in-app messages etc.) which have done a great job for engagement and pushing up CTRs. Lastly, since we use insider across platforms we can leverage user data across platforms (e.g. send an app push notification based on abandoned cart on the web) - very powerful platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management team is great but we would really like a detailed FAQ so that we can do more by ourselves. The UI of the panel can probably be improved and be more user friendly (again, would be easier to use with a good FAQ that helps us figure things out by ourselves).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One business problem we were experiencing was the ability to engage our app browsers and convert them into customers and make sure we don't lose them after the install. Insider has helped us achieve this in many ways through boosting overall engagement within our app. Our app now features product recommendations, rich push notifications, an on-boarding journey, social proof, in-app notifications, and 1:1 messages to name just a few.

What do you like best about the product?
Conducting A/B testing with Insider was the best thing. With Insider help, we were able to collect data and get the full report of the testing. This help the business to proof some design concept that we don't have data. Furthermore, It enable us to create decision quickly on what to provide to our customer base on the data given.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delivery time, Some custom request needed quite sometime and with the pace of the business is quick we needed it quick. Furthermore, we had quite a different working hours with the developers position in Europe and us in Asia therefore communication was another factor.

What do you like best about the product?
As a news company with a solid user base, we expect secure and fast delivery on our push notifications. With Insider, the push sending speed is excellent as we are able to send millions of users our breaking news in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more visibility into the data, especially for predictive segmentation and interest clustering reports.

One of the main problems we have solved is the amount of customer feedback we receive, the engaging and timely customer surveys on our webpage have provided us with a wealth of data which we are able to use to optimize user experience. We were able to prioritize contents for our editors and locate those that are actually wanted by our readers.

Insider is an easy to use personalization platform that includes a wide range of features that are certain to make a positive impact on customers experiences. If you need to improve the user experience on youe webpage or mobile app, your segmentation processes, user targeting and marketing strategy and want to see your visitor base's actions and flow, then Insider is the product you need.

What do you like best about the product?
The predictive segments aspect of the technology implemented by Insider is impressive. We can use these segments in Adwords. We only show our ads to those users and customers who are more likely to buy, using the likelihood to convert segment provided through the platform. This helps us use our ad budget more wisely and improves our customer acquisition costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything in particular, but additional demographic targeting would potentially improve this product.

Predicting a user’s likelihood to purchase is an extremely important aspect of marketing that was not being applied effectively in our previous mobile app marketing strategies. Through using Insider we have gained a better understanding of our app users and potential future customers. Our business has benefited greatly from the features of this product which has enabled us to increase conversions and improve our customer lifetime value.

Getting audience's attention with personalized rich push notifications. Also with he cart abandonment push it is possible to reach out those who left the cart and call them back to complete their purchases which lead to increase on CR.

Reaching out the mobile app users as they are real person is great. There too many contents and now it is possible to reach them according to their own interest with segments.
Knowing the audience is impossible without segmentation and it is possible to create lots of segments. Also with predictive segments adwords budget is being optimized
